Your a big boy with huge delts and arms. Take care of your shoulder. I have problems as well. Go light on delts and only do things that dont hurt it. You can still train heavy on your back and chest, just find the things that work.

This is part 1 of an introduction to my current cycle and training/diet log-

(I am a recreational lifter not a competing bodybuilder)

Testosterone 400 (blend) - 2x a week 800mg total

Anavar - 20mg daily pre workout

Will be increasing to 40mg daily in a week

Age: 30

Height: 5’10

Weight: 124kg

Body fat - Holding a fair amount of fat on my body currently due to over 12 months gym inactivity from a knee injury, especially around the abdomen. However I have lost 6 kg’s

of fat and water over the past month thanks to a strict Calorie deficit.

Aiming to lean down a lot whilst keeping muscle and hopefully adding some muscle if I am able to even in a deficit.

Very active/Hard labour job - Construction

Training: 4-5 times PW

Simple Split - Legs, Back-bi’s, Chest and tri’s, Shoulders (with arms again)

Rep range - 8-10 or to Failure

Former heavyweight boxer and boxing coach so body has naturally good movement and fitness level.

Diet - Calorie Deficit

Daily intake -
Cals: 3000
Protein: 250g

Average day -
Meal 1: 5 eggs, 1 cup of oats with 250ml of skim milk, tablespoon of chia seeds.

Meal2: 180g Tuna 4 thin rice cakes

Meal 3: Protein shake

Meal 4: 180g Tuna 4 thin rice cakes

Meal 5: 250g chicken breast or lean minced beef with winter veggies and 1 cup of white rice

Meal 6: Hi protein/Low cal yoghurt w/ blueberries and drizzle of honey

Supps: Hi strength Vitamin C, Mega Vitamin B complex, Multivitamin, Milk Thistle 42000, TUDCA 1100mg, Creatine

Being in the deficit for the last 2 Months or so I have felt pretty shitty in the gym (and sometimes out) even on a high dose of test and primo, however after starting the anavar im feeling 10x better (shoutout to Wildcat Labs) more energy, better performance in the gym etc.

Also since I started taking the TUDCA mostly to prepare for taking the anavar as it is still a 17AA no matter how mild on the liver people say it is, I feel like my sleep is better and have a good feeling of wellbeing.
Im expecting to hear some people say my Test dose is quite high but for me 800 is the sweet spot ive played around quite alot over the years with my Test dosages and I feel like 800 is where I sit best.

Anavar I have only just started this week so still taking 20mg pre workout, will be upping that to 40mg next week (20mg twice a day).

I was taking Primo for a little while however got some unwanted sides such as some hair loss so I have stopped using it which sucks cos primo is the bomb.

Will update the log as I go with progress etc.

Hey mate, just 1 question, what did it took you to get to 800 test? Did you start with a small dosage and had no gains? Or u raised it slowly with time?

Logging but will be starting back in a week or so. Still training and doin well in the gym/with diet so have some good updates coming 👍🏼

Similar to hubby back in Feb but he's 1.94cm his legs is what let's him down former Rugby division 1 England. But, his passion is catch as catch can wrestling, But, he loves the discipline of Mr. Fitness. But, guess hubby couldn't start cycle because of ol' mate Zac. That C....

Im back everyone

. Forgive me for taking such a long break from logging i have been through alot of shit lately i dont wana bore everyone with too many details but basically have had a family member in and out of hospital with heart issues, moved houses recently, had some other pretty tough life challenges that wont go into and on top of that im also trying to build a business at the moment to move onto. Regardless ive still been training, dieting and progressing better in the gym than ever lately. Basically i just finished up a nice decent bulk which i got pretty good results from and had high dosages of test anavar and deca. Currently now I am leaning out as much as possible whilst also conditioning my muscles to be hard strong and vascular - nice dry look. I am weighing in currently at around 116kg and for sure alot leaner than I was a couple months ago.

I added in some compounds for my blast which I have cut my dosages down on recently to add in some things ive never tried before. Here is my current stack:

Sustanon as a base: 280mg a week split in 2 (Mon and Fri)

Deca (mostly for joints): 180mg a week split in 2 (tues and sat)

Anavar: 60mg a day - 40mg pre workout 20 before bed (find this dose timing works best for me)

S-23: 20mg a day split in 2(This is crazy shit, definitely converted me to look at sarms VERY differently)

Cardarine GW501516 : 20mg a day

As I mentioned ive been a gear user for years now and I always saw sarms in a weak, useless light. I have to say though S-23 is something else. For anyone out there who has hit a bit of a plateau using steroids only and want a nice kick to the Androgen receptors you should give it a try. It has a very strong binding affinity which is why I cut my Test base way down from 640 to 280 as I want to avoid extra DHT and estrogen conversion due to spill over.


Training chest tonight so will post up my meals and workout a bit later or in the morning but just wanted to post up to update the log.

Sorry for late reply bro. I played around with my test for a long time and never responded too well with it unless i had high dosages. I was doing okay on 500mg a week but really started to get good results when i went up to 800. Ive been pretty blessed with not having a huge amount of estrogen issues so I was getting away with it but for some people its a No-Go due to high water retention and gyno etc.
