Wednesday April 16th

Getting bloods tomorrow and hoping things are looking good in terms of lipids, liver values, kidneys and haemoglobin.
I'm extremely confident in the @Raptor Labs test I've been running at 200mg for the past 4 weeks and look forward to seeing where my levels are at. Last pin was 100mg on Sunday.

Been using slu-pp332 (200mcg) from @Driven-Nutrition about an hour before training along with injectable L carnitine (400mg) from @ODINLABS and it has me feeling really energetic. Great little combination for focus and endurance in the gym, not to mention the more subtle benefits that accumulate with prolonged use.

Training in a gym again has also been motivating. Gets a bit mundane working out in your garage all the time. Been fun training with some machines I haven't had the pleasure of using in years.

Today was legs. I'd already hit hamstrings on Monday but no foul in hitting them again.

Hack squats
I didn't realise how weak my quads were until I was humbled by the hack squat.
Only managed one plate a side. 4 sets of 15 to 20, low and controlled.

Leg press
Starting at one plate a side and working up to 5 plates. Again sets in 15 to 20 range. Then drop setting down again as many reps till failure.

Iso lateral leg extensions
3 sets of 20 each leg at 25-30kg

Bulgarian split squats holding 15kg dumbbells
2 sets of 10 each leg

Iso lateral kneeling leg curl
30kg X 15
40kg X 15
50kg X 10 X 2 sets each leg

Prone leg curl
30kg X 20
50kg X 15 X 3 sets
30kg amrap

Seated calf raises
40kg X 20 X 3 sets

Standing calf raises
60kg X 20 X 3 sets

Of the gym you mean? I have one day left of my 7 day trial, it's not staffed today (Easter Sunday) so will go tomorrow and get some pics

Monday April 21st

Received my bloods back today and very pleased with the results. This is by far the highest reading I've ever had on 200mg of test enth per week. Would like to sincerely thank @Raptor Labs for his potent product. The first photo below shows my bloods immediately prior to starting @Raptor Labs test, with the second showing bloods 4 weeks in.

Monday April 21st

Would like to sincerely thank @Raptor Labs for his potent product. The first photo below shows my bloods immediately prior to starting @Raptor Labs test, with the second showing bloods 4 weeks in.
@Eveflorence your test levels are really high for 200mgs of testosterone, very impressive. :D
 
Wednesday April 24th

Feeling quite full all of the time the last fortnight or so with good vascularity and wondering if the slu-pp has helped in this regard, or the consistent application of injectable L carnitine, the fact I've incorporated berberine in my final meal of the day perhaps, I honestly couldn't tell you but in any case I'm enjoying it.
Then of course there's @Raptor Labs test and GH, which we all know how good that is.

Today I trained chest and shoulders, swam 700m in the morning and an hour walk after work.

Chest

80kg X 12
90kg X 10
100kg X 5 X 3 sets

Chest press machine
60kg X 15
90kg X 10 X 3 sets

Weighted dips with 15kg plate
3 sets of 10

Incline cable fly's
