Went and trained in an actual gym once again and will join by week's end I reckon. Did quads and hamstrings and made full use of the machines instead of barbell squats and lunges like I do in my garage.
Also added
@Raptor Labs glutathione into the mix as it was inevitable I would pick up some sort of cold or virus that that kids have had recently. I've had a sore throat for almost a week but it hasn't eventuated into anything sinister so hopefully the few shots of glutathione I've taken are helping keep it at bay.
