Approved Log Testosterone and GH Health Phase Log

Quick update, if you can call it that. Our 10 month old has been in hospital all week on oxygen. Been going back and forth between there and home as still have two other kids to look after. Haven't really had a chance to train meaningfully but trying to get some quick sessions in the garage before the kids get up and the odd session on the peloton bike after putting them to bed.
Keeping the diet strict and controlling what I can control.
Regarding the physique, feeling full of glycogen and quite pumped all the time in these warm hospital rooms so snuck in some pics in the rooms bathroom.
Dropped test down to 150mg week split into two 75mg shots and GH still 4iu every other day. Shout out to @Raptor Labs for helping maintain the physique
@Eveflorence I'm sorry to hear about your baby. That has to be very gut-wrenching to have to go through that and very worrisome. I know, I would not be able to sleep.

Yeah pretty stressful. Our eldest has been in and out of hospital her whole life so we're kind of used to it but it doesn't make it any easier

@Eveflorence praying for your child man. Hope all turns out well.

Praying for you

Sorry to here about the situation with the kids brother and glad to hear things are smoothing out for now. I feel for you brother as I also know what it is like to have a child always in and out of hospital long term and I dont think it gets any easier we all just learn to process it better I guess. On the other note how's is it you always look stage ready in every photo haha its insane 🤯😆🦾🦾

Thanks brother and sorry to hear about your child. You're right it doesn't get easier we just learn to adapt hey.
Haha thanks man I'm not a big guy by any means so try to make up for it by keeping relatively conditioned.

Trying to keep the diet real basic. Chicken, rice and spinach, about as dull as it gets haha.

Went and trained in an actual gym once again and will join by week's end I reckon. Did quads and hamstrings and made full use of the machines instead of barbell squats and lunges like I do in my garage.
Also added @Raptor Labs glutathione into the mix as it was inevitable I would pick up some sort of cold or virus that that kids have had recently. I've had a sore throat for almost a week but it hasn't eventuated into anything sinister so hopefully the few shots of glutathione I've taken are helping keep it at bay.
