Monday May 5th

Went and trained in an actual gym once again and will join by week's end I reckon. Did quads and hamstrings and made full use of the machines instead of barbell squats and lunges like I do in my garage.
Also added @Raptor Labs glutathione into the mix as it was inevitable I would pick up some sort of cold or virus that that kids have had recently. I've had a sore throat for almost a week but it hasn't eventuated into anything sinister so hopefully the few shots of glutathione I've taken are helping keep it at bay.

Quads
Hack squats (matrix brand)
40kg X 20
60kg X 15
80kg X 10 X 3 sets
Drop set
60kg X 10
40kg X 20

Leg press (matrix)
1 plate X 20
2 plates X 20
3 plates X 20
4 X 20
5 X 10 X 2 sets
Drop sets same as above working down again.

Leg extensions (can't recall brand)
25kg X 20
35kg X 20 X 3 sets
25kg X 20 with static hold at top after each rep

Hams
Prone leg curl
27kg X 20
43kg X 15
57kg X 10 X 2 sets
Drop sets same as above

Kneeling single leg curl (Hammer strength brand)
20kg X 20
35kg X 15 X 2 sets
20kg X 20
It can be good to have access to both

@Eveflorence Excellent job on this. The leg training is really solid. You can throw in some lunges as well if you want.

@Eveflorence sore throat? you drinking chicken soup and upping vitamins?
I see meal is super tasty and you're really voluming up the training :D
Yeah upping the vitamins, particularly NAC, vitamin C, glutathione

Ita hard to train at home after you have had the versatility of so many different t machines at a commercial gym hey. Workout looks really solid brother 💪 👌
Absolutely spot on. Used to really love getting out in the garage but I realise now how much it pales in comparison to a real gym

@Eveflorence Solid work bro! The volume looks well-structured, especially those high-rep sets on hack squats and leg press with the drop set finishers.

Get vitamin D high as well :D
Funny you say that. My vitamin d was off the charts on my latest blood test and I was told to remove it. Then coincidently I got sick a week after stopping it 🤔
Time to bring it back in.

Bring it back even if high.

Still running 150mg of @Raptor Labs finest test enth and feeling great. I also think the cpap machine I've brought back in the last 6 or so weeks has helped.
Other tools I've added to the arsenal to improve energy and wellbeing have been slu-pp, injectable glutathione and injectable L carnitine. It will be interesting to compare how I feel when dropping these compounds.

Push day today and I'm enjoying being back in the gym again.
