Approved Log Testosterone and GH Health Phase Log

Tuesday March 25th

Really pleased with @Raptor Labs GH. Only been on it a week now but feeling full again, recovery has improved and another thing I notice about good GH is my fingernails grow like crazy, which is happening.

Trained shoulders and hamstrings, cardio was a 20 minute HIIT peloton bike session and an hour walk. Meals were consistent- Tuna and rice, chicken veg and rice, Turkey burgers and rice, mince beef and veg etc.

Shoulders:
Military press
40kg X 10
50kg X 10
60kg X 8 X 2 sets

Upright rows
40kg X 10
50kg X 8 X 3 sets

Dumbbell laterals
10kg X 20
15kg X 10 X 3 sets

Prone leg curls
20kg X 20
32kg X 15
40kg X 10 X 3

Good mornings
30kg X 15 (back been tight so took these light today)

SLDL
60kg X 10
80kg X 10 X 3 (as above, lighter due to tightness in back/hips)

Meal 5 tuna rice and veg

@Eveflorence Killing it! Glad the GH is working out well. Solid shoulder and hamstring work, smart move going lighter on back-centric exercises. Keep up the great work! Bowl looks fire!

At the sake of sounding like some sort of infomercial sales pitch, last night I had one of the most amazing sleeps of my life. Had about 7 hours (which is a feat in itself having 3 young kids) and woke up in the morning with my airpods still in my ears and I hadn't moved all night. I couldn't believe it was morning it felt like I'd only just gone to sleep. @Raptor Labs GH really shining through!
It was the first thing I noticed once I started taking Gh just how good the sleep was i was getting. Even if it was a touch shorter I was always waking up fresh. Can't stay on gh forever but I will enjoy it while im on haha. Looking amazing brother exciting growth ahead for you this log!!

@Eveflorence Legit updates so far bro.....good going..........

Such a good exercise and often underrated
Nothing more alpha than being stronger than gravity, lifting your body whilst hanging a 15kg plate from balls

Wednesday April 2nd

Pinned 100mg of @Raptor Labs test enth and once again goes in like a dream, it's now Thursday night and I can't even remember where I pinned. His GH is amazing too- fullness, sleep is deep and strength and recovery feels as if I'm on cycle.

I did a push session on Tuesday so Wednesday was quads and calves.
It started with a swim in the morning, training in the arvo followed by an hour walk.

Quads
Leg extension (this was purely to pre exhaust the quads before moving onto squats)
20kg X 20
25kg X 20
30kg X 20
Drop sets back down in 5kg increments X 20 reps no rest.
Repeat the above.

Squats
40kg X 20
70kg X 10
90kg X 10 X 3

Walking lunges
40kg X 20 X 3 sets

Bulgarian split squats
20 reps each leg using no resistance
2 sets of 10 reps each leg holding 15kg dumbbells

Calves
Standing calf raise in smith machine
50kg X 20
90kg X 20
120kg X 15 X 2 sets
Drop sets
90kg rep out
50kg rep out

Single leg calf raise
50kg X 10 X 2 sets

Pinning 100mg of Raptor Labs test enth and noticing solid effects shows quality. The enhanced fullness, deep sleep, and recovery are great signs. Your training is well-crafted to maximize gains, especially with your mix of pre-exhaust techniques and heavy squats. Keep at it! @Eveflorence
