Used to be an avid athlete, grappler and weight training, at 185lbs lean and cut at around 30 years of age....
Life took its turns and now many years later I want to give a shot, maybe the last shot, of getting back into shape and be able to grapple again . Currently I weight 260lbs or so, mostly fat, and up to now not very motivated with all the weight and fat... no pics, too many tattoos.
Last week after a bit of an issue with a seller, I reached out to an old friend and he hooked my up with 10ml of Test E. I also found Domestic-supply, during the issue with the other seller, and placed an order for Test P, Test C, and PCT stuff....then order again from domestic-supply and got more Test P and Winstrol.
Last week I loaded up with Test E and Test P, total 900mg by end of week. Hit the gym the first day, not feeling too much, but made to the gym 3 times last week, and exercised at home one day. This week started on Winstrol and Test stack, 3rd day taking 50mg of Winstrol (love this thing)...
My plan going forward is to run Test E (til it finishes and then start on Test C) every 4 days, Test P in between the Test C, and Winstrol 50mg EOD. That is about 600mg-700mg of Test and 200mg-250mg of Winstrol per week. I am planning to run this for the next 7 weeks.
Yesterday and Today I feel VERY different.... of course, the mind effects of the gear, Jitteriness, and body heat... for sure since I overloaded first week, and beginning of this week, from many many years without anything.... BUT the positive is the drive I feel to workout and eat healthy, no need to push myself, keep finding myself planning my gym time first thing in the morning, and diet is being top shelf - veggies, chicken, fish, fruits, red meat, protein shakes, etc... no sugar and not carbs (maybe 2-3 wheat toasts).
I will keep coming here to this thread to update how things are....hopefully I will pick up the rhythm again.
Please feel free to give your suggestions, opinions, etc... I know I skipped some prep time and went straight to the gear, that was an attempt to get the motivation and so far it has been working.
