I was supposed to not to carry weight for 6 weeks but a week after my surgery my dog ate a tennis ball and I had to pick him up to get in my car to go to the vet….he weighs 240lbs.did you get your hernia from lifting or was it from something else

After that it opened the internals and my guts started coming off through the muscles held only by my skin…I had a big lump on my belly on the side…. I delayed getting fixed til this year… too big for laparoscopy so they opened by 34 stitches I think, and put a mesh inside… it has been little over 4 months now.

Keeping up with eating healthy by following an app to keep my intake and nutrition facts….
I am trying to get into a diet that will work for me on the long terms with things I enjoy eating….no junk food though… I will give it a try in the app for a month.
Following my plan with the testosterone. First week I did 900mg, this week I sticking with 350mg which I had already done on the beginning and middle of week…. Monday I will start on 300mg week.
My plan for gear, thanks for the support and guidance here, will be 50mg of winny and 300mg of test of the next few weeks…til I am told to increase or decrease til my 8 weeks total.
I will post my meals later….not much changed there but keeping under the plan to loose 2lbs week not counting exercise.
@brazooka good diet to startMeals for the day. I stayed about 150 calories below my goal for the day. May goal for the day is planned on loosing 2lbs per week on food correction alone, without any exercising. My theory is that 2lbs week managing the food, then with the exercise and gear I would probably be around 3 lbs... we will see if my theory works out ...
The lettuce wraps for dinner, I ate two out of the three on the picture....they were really good but I wasn't as hungry. Also, had a few drinks today and counted them as well.... looking forward to another day tomorrow - full body exercise and pool laps.
