Hey guys...been a few days since last update. Today I am starting week #4. First 3 weeks I lost a but over 4lbs total and started seeing some muscles come out.

Diet is work well, I think.... I am usually around 500 calories deficit per day....working out 4 days per week.

This weekend my joints were really getting on me....even swimming (which I do for cardio) was bringing in a bit pain on my shoulder..... sooooooo, I came ask your advice...

For last two weeks I was doing 50mg / day, then started 100mg EOD. I am going to stop winny for two weeks and start taking Deca. My currently plan starting today is:

Test Cyp - 150mg every forth day.
Deca - 150mg every forth day.
Arimidex - .25mg EOD.

What do you say?

Nothing different...wondering if feeling the crash from 900mg of Test from week 1 plus all the supplements I am taking... not sure, but I feel like I want to throw up...

@brazooka what do you mean nothing different? I havent seen you update us on food or training
900mgs of testosterone from week one? unlikely , maybe you have a FLU or just sick
its hard to know because you dont share a log bro so we just guessing, would be better if you shared more details with us and more often

Also take vit b6 and b12 once a day.
Make sure and hydrate good with crème of tartar and table salt in your water bottles. I use 1 gram of table salt and 1 gram of crème of tartar in 3-4 24oz water bottles per day when in heavy training.
 
Hello everyone, it has been a while since I updated here…. I feel I had a great progress. Lost 18 lbs and gained some nice muscles to get me going…

… learnt to manage my diet, doing 4 days week resistance training, and 2 days swimming for cardio. Things really started shaping up when I took diet more seriously. Also did two blood work since, first when when I was feeling like crap…liver numbers were off… I then started paying more attention and things changed for better.

Major thing I learnt, which I never paid attention before….diet matters specially when getting older as my metabolism is not the same of course, and take blood work seriously to monitor my body.

I did change my PEDs, stayed on 300mg of test (200mg of Test C and 100mg of Test P), 200mg of Deca and 400mg of Primobolan….per week shooting EOD. I got a vial and mixed the compounds to make it easier.

Waiting another week or so to start PCT and plan next cycle….

How long/doses you guys recommend PCT based on the compounds above?

you plan to pct or with your situation I think self TRT is good, you consider it? :)

The testosterone was over a 1 1/2 month ago, the others are 1 month ago…. Doing another set next week…. Cholesterol was hitting me last time
