I'm working remotely pulling old photos best I can. That particular pic may be sirloin, but I typically eat Filet mignon every night.

Thanks guy. I appreciate all the comments. I went from ~180 to 210 over one year. I’ve settled in at 205. Maintaining well. I’m evolving diet. I’ve replaced air fried potatoes with rice and a teaspoon of organic coconut oil (my rice cooking skills improved lol). I’ve also replaced organic grits with organic oatmeal. Rolled oats/steel cut combined uncooked with goats milk eaten like cereal. I’ve replaced filet/ sweet potato with filet/vegies (broccoli/asparagus/bell peppers).

I’m getting blood drawn tomorrow. I will upload when available.

Thank you all for any comments or criticism alike. I appreciate your ecxperience. 👊💪
