Thanks mate, I'll cross me fingers and hope they settle down. The weight was 40kg. The machine is different again there from normal tbar row. A little weight is alot.

Oh just to add to the bloods,

I have taken proviron out again today, actually before I got the bloods back. Due to the fact I think it makes my nips more spicy and inflamed. I know it goes against most opinions, but it seems to line up, its not wirth the risk just incase, and I'd like to just get my levels right in the test.

I have taken 12.5 aromasin on Thursday, and the same again on Saturday. I know that's more than most, but I felt it was right for my situation I seem to have going on, but im unsure whether to keep that dose going or not. I'd like to hear opinions on this if you will🙂
 
Today's training

Inclined press machine: 3 sets 50kg per side 8-12 reps. Reps seemed to vary, but I could stick the 50kg each side for three sets today, then 4 reps after a 15 second break after the last set.

Cable press: 3 sets can't remember weight. Weight was up a fair bit here too today.

Low to high cable flys: 3 sets

Dips: 3 sets. Reason I just do unwieghted til failure is my shoulder, and also straight up and down seems to cause elbow pain. I lean forward a little and it eliminated these issues for me.

Tricep pushdown rope: 3 sets

Overhead tri extension rope: 3 sets

Lateral dumbell raises: 6 sets 10-8kg

More or less the same as last push day I know. I'm a creature of habit. My power was up today. I'm yet to feel the hydraulic like power my dad talks about with test. My strength is certainly up, but not what he talks about. (Yes my dad is a gym rat too😆) I did get a taste of it a couple of weeks back, where I just felt unstoppable. Maybe it'll be better once I get it dialled it. Maybe it's because my test is actually too high. I wouldn't really know, so again I welcome input🙂

Your nipples and E2: to be fair food and training play a huge role in hormone levels, including estrogen and cortisol.
I suggest try this:
Lower testosterone dose to 300mgs/week sports TRT (or if you have 250mgs/ml just do 250mgs 1ml pin in 2 shots)
Start using aromasin only 2 times per week, Tuesday Friday, each time 6.25mgs.
Add tamoxifen (nolvadex) 40mgs /day to clear up the nipps
thats the easiest option to follow
Nips are still spicy as shit. I only started nolva on Friday though. I think I've dropped my estrogen to low again with the 12.5 aromasin eod, just due to being worried about the gyno🤦‍♂️ This is really just running me into the ground now. Really I think I'm just going to follow what you've said here. Friday is pin day, so I'll confirm then, but I'd say I'm just going to prioritise my health and well-being on this one.
