Training

I've copy, pasted and edited mate.

Lat pull down, not quite as wide as most due to shoulder - 77 - 66kg, 4 sets 10-12 reps

Tbar row machine - 4 sets 40kg, 12 reps

Cable row dd handle - 4 sets, 66kg, 12, 14 reps

Shrugs Smith machine - 4 sets 80kg, 12-16 reps

Rear delts on pec deck - 4 sets 25 - 20kg, 12 reps (this machine is different. A little weight is alot.)

Dumbell curls, lent back on bench using both arms, fairly strict form here - 15kg - 12.5kg 3 sets 10-12 reps

Hammer curls - 15kg - 12.5kg 3 sets 12-10 reps


Barbell curls - 30 - 20kg, 12 reps
@chop09333 volume is good, but push it to 15 reps on some tbars in future
 
Photos of nips right now. Still no better. I'm tearing my hair out here. I can't even think straight anymore. I'm just all over the shop. Should I just pct and be done with it?
@chop09333 takes time to get rid of gyno I wouldn't panic, lets get 60mgs of nolvadex in there for 3 weeks first, dont worry it will level out

i would not jump off the cycle, stay and do anti gyno
 
I had gyno, as in lumps as a teen. But haven't heard from it since mate. My nipples have been on fire for weeks and I can feel lumps that I didn't know were there anymore. The nolva isn't even making a difference, other than possibly sending me mental. The situation is getting out of control.

Logging my first ever cycle of
500mg test c weekly
50mg proviron
Aromasin was just on hand, and nolva should be here early next week, for reasons I'll get into.
No real pct plan as I'm planning to stay on trt.

Starting three week's in.

Hieght: 175cm
Starting weight: 84kg
Weight now:88kg

I've been training hard as a natty can for the last 14 months, and have 10kg gains, maybe 8kg lean gains at a push. My diet is really just as high protien and carbs as I can, and not to strict. I'll start logging it and that'll probably get me thinking about it more. Copy and pasted below from my first thread is how it's going so far (fucked) and you'll see the reasons for the nolva.

Ran into spicy nips 9 days in. Which in hindsight may just be adjusting to hormones or the proviron because it seems too soon. From there I started 6.25mg aromasin ed for four days to no avail. Then 12.5 ed for two days to no avail. Then 25 ed for two days and crashed my estrogen I think, just going by what I felt for the next 36 hours. Thay was 5 days ago. I was a moody mess. I couldn't shit, couldn't sleep etc. Just felt fucked. And the spicy nips prevailed through that whole fuck up. Now they seem slightly puffy, but no lumps, and they're less spicy/irritated. I'm now three weeks in, and I've dropped everything but the test. I should have bloods by the end of the week, so hopefully I'll know more then. So you could say nothing is going to plan really. Right now I feel like shit. Not as bad as a five days ago, but not too flash. I really don't want to give up on this, because I haven't felt like I did a week or so ago for a long time. I'd be greatful for any advice from experienced users.

I posted that paragraph last night and since then have dosed 12.5mg Aromasin and back on 50mg ed of proviron. I feel a whole lot better today, but still seem to have puffy but not real irritated nips. I'm not holding fluid around me ankles or anything though. Also I could swear I can feel lumps now. Could be paranoid though.

Nolva and bloods should both be in early next week to make a real plan.

Let me know if I've left anything out.
500mg of test for your first cycle is absurd. I don't understand why everyone thinks that 500mg is the magic number, ESPECIALLY for your first cycle
 
As requested I'm going to restart my log now I'm cruising 150 test c. I'm sure it's not exactly gonna be exciting, but oh well.

I was pinning 0.5 twice weekly and sneaking a ml here and there anyway. Tomorrow will be a week since pinning and I'll be pinning the 150. I was Taking 12.5 aromasin ed which kept my e2 under 100 somewhere. Not too sure exactly because they don't give a reading under 100 on a standard test. Still had spicy nips the whole cycle though. If I took 25mg it would calm them a little, but after a few days I would get creaky elbows. In my opinion, the huge e2 flare up at the start kicked it off and it never really calmed down. In the end I've decided to run 20mg tamoxifen ed which has knocked it on the head. I plan to keep running it for a while to ensure its put to rest. I'm still yaking 12.5 aromasin ed aswell, but I'll wean that off as my test levels drop.

I ended up hitting 93-94kg, up from 83kg, however over the last week I've changed my diet, and I'm down to more like 91, and looking alot more defined. I feel small, but I know I'm doing the right thing😆. I've also got my missus onto some meal prep. More moderate serves of chicken and lean beef and rice, and I'm going longer between meals.

I'll put today's trading in here too.

Dd cable row: 66kg - 20reps, 73kg - 15reps, 77kg 12reps, 66 kg 12reps

Lat pull down: 73kg 12 reps, 66kg 12reps, 66kg, 12 reps, 59kg, 12reps (12 reps seems rather generic here, but I was feeling the low carbs and cheating the last reps, so it was everything I had.)

Tbar row machine: 40kg 4 sets again, two sets were 15 reps the other two 12 reps, depending on rest time.

Smith machine shrugs: 4 sets 70kg, all between 15-20 reps.

Reverse machine flys: 20kg, 4 sets, 15, 12, 12, 20, due to rest time again

Behind back cable curls, 12.5kg 12 reps, next three were 10kg 12 reps

Cable hammer curls reasonably strict into cheat reps that I find hits rear delts a bit and finishes off biceps: 21kg, 4 sets. These are all around ten strict reps and then 10 cheat reps.

20 mins cardio on the bike where you use arms aswell. Unsure in the terminology there, because it's the first time I've ever done cardio😆 thought I was gonna have a heart attack.

No pull ups today. Will put them in next time. Will be keen to actually. I haven't done them since before hopping on.

Yes I am taking 20mg tamoxifen ed split doses. The tamoxifen knocks me around at any more than that, but it's working a treat at that dose for the spicy nips. I'm going to run it for a while to shut down any possible new gyno, because they got tender right at the end.

I haven't had bloods for a few weeks. The bloods I posted on the other thread mirror all the bloods I got done while on cycle. I was watching them like a hawk and dialing in the aromasin dose at first. I found that with 12.5 aromasin eod my e2 was still creeping up til it was out of the reference range, hence I went with 12.5 ed, and that kept it somewhere under 100.

I would go back to 12.5mgs EOD before upping it, considering we have 300mgs masteron you planning and 2 weeks in lets do bloods to see

for now, can you start updating training and diet as you go please

I would go back to 12.5mgs EOD before upping it, considering we have 300mgs masteron you planning and 2 weeks in lets do bloods to see

for now, can you start updating training and diet as you go please
I suppose, now that I've halfed my test, halving the aromasin makes sense. I was just pushing it to ensure I kill that tenderness in my nip. I'll be getting bloods done before I start the test and mast blast aswell, to make sure everything's healthy again and I'll post them. Considering how quickly I aromatise, I've found daily better though, so I'll try 6.25 ed.

to kill the tenderness up your tamoxifen, aromasin is not the helper you would need for gyno @chop09333

I know it's commonly argued but I can say first hand tamoxifen has sides. 40mg made me so foggy, and moody that I could hardly complete my day. 20mg knocks me around a little, but nothing I can't put into perspective. And it seems to be enough. A week ago I was all tender to the left of one nip, and now I can't locate the spot👌

Training today was not fun. Really starting to feel the lower carbs, and I'd say more so the lower test.

Leg press, all weights are excluding the machine: 300kg 18reps, 260kg 15 reps, 260kg 15 reps, 260kg 18 reps. This is down from 4 sets, 300kg, 18 reps last week.

Leg extension: 73kg 4 sets of 18. Taking short breaks between sets on the last two. Again took everything I had here. Down 10kg or so aswell.

Prone Leg curls: 3 sets of 12 36kg

Calf's upright Leg press machine 118kg excluding myself and machine.

I'm loving the definition I haven't seen for a while, but I feel weak and small🤣 I suppose it's gotta be done though.
