I haven’t really gotten into breaking down and recording my training, I’ve just been going full send which I know isn’t the path to take. But on here to start making the change. Meals are a little rough atm because I travel as an interstate builder, but improvements have been made. Once I settle back in I’ll be looking into meal plans and calorie counts
