Did 4 sets of incline press, thanks to some advice dropping the bar to a fist width below the clavicle
60kg 12 reps
80kg 10 reps
95kg 6 reps
Drop set 50kgs till failure
Flat bench press
100kg for 6
80kgs for 8
50kgs to failure
4 sets of push-ups to failure
Incline flys 12.5kgs 4 sets to failure
Any recommendations brother for different sections of the chest. I would love to get more muscle mass and definition where the chest meets the armpitThe bar position on the chest affects that part of the chest being worked
