Hey brothers, bit of advice needed. I’ve had a really bad cold, you know blocked up, runny nose, muscle aches, dizziness etc. it’s now in my lungs, coughing fits like I’m literally tearing pieces of my lungs off
. I’ve gone down to 2400cal per day and still pinning but feel like I’m wasting gear (don’t want to stop pinning and have to build levels up again). Should I just go gym? Or rest and wait it out?
