I know I should have started this log 4 weeks ago but I’m already 4 weeks in to this cycle but I will detail a lot from start to now and continue it from now on.

500mg Metformin
50mg Aspirin
5mg Cialis

Cycle (@HybridLabs is my favourite gear as it’s strong so all his gear is what I’m running but anapolons are from Thailand)

Before anyone flames me for this cycle just know this specific cycle is one I’ve done many times before in the past with success and is one of my favourites.

My weight from my last blast dropped to 127kg due to partially tearing my bicep closer to armpit area so I was off for a bit and it was a shit fight


I know I’m going to be expecting water weight from this cycle as I’ve already got retention already as for estro or prolactin I’m keeping an eye on these every 3 weeks when I do bloods as I am under the supervision of a close mate who is also a dr and understands my lifestyle.

Ok so here we go, I’ll be quick
About the first 4 weeks and keep daily updates from today onwards.

Fasted weight before cycle 127.2kg and current weight 132.9 also fasted

While weight has been going up my bodyfat has remained the same as I am waking up 5am for 25min of cardio daily.

Strength has shot up so much which feels good but water has smoothed me out during this winter but I’m not really worried about that.

Today and yesterday was a test day and atm I have copped the flu from my son so I’ve been recovering from this. I been getting my meals in and will also post that up too now.

Meals:
Meal 1: 6 whole eggs/3 egg whites 4 English muffins tsp honey

Meal 2: 200g chicken breast 200g whole meal pasta

Intra training nutrition
50g vitargo/ eaa/ Celtic salt
Post workout
130g rice flour mixed with 50g protein powder and 100g blueberries with Creatine and glutamine

Meal 3: 230g salmon 250g whole meal pasta

Meal 4: 200g chicken 250g jasmine rice

Meal 5: 200g chicken 250g jasmine rice

Meal 6 300g light Greek yoghurt 1 scoop protein, 125g blueberries, tblesp almond butter + 2 cubes Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate.

Sorry about that, my injuries 100% but the time I had where I couldn’t train and not do what I love just turned me into a prune. Couldn’t eat and just shtty and depressed at life due to the injury thinking I won’t be able to train hard again.

Why I won’t do hammer grip pull ups again and just use machine for it.

One reason I won’t do chinips or reverse grip barbell rows. Dorian blew out his bicep doing reverse grip rows.

Nothing sucks worse than being on the sidelines. Glad your back bro.

clean diet today man :) how about we swap almond butter for walnut butter, possible?

post workout can change to honey instead of rice flour? lower Gi and digests better with insulin, you're doing insulin PWO right?

Honey has a much lower GI not higher.

It’s not ideal with insulin. In fact I am against using honey altogether. I use maple syrup as it has zero fructose. Fructose not ideal.

I disagree, honey is better with insulin especially the way he's using it with a big cycle man @RoidRage69
not sure how you use it, and maple syrup is fine, but I used insulin for years and have clients on slin pre contest, honey with a protein shake and light dextrose is the magic shake

Over 50 grams of fructose per day is not good. Liver has trouble converting to glycogen. His way is better imo. The higher the glycemic index the better. He knows what he is doing.

I can but the cost of walnut butter is way higher and much smaller in size so it’s really not value for money for me. I get these big tubs of almond butter from Costco for fraction of the price which last me ages.

The rice flour whipped with the protein and blueberries goes through me so fast with minimal bloat as I take my insulin post workout. So once I drive home in a hour I eat again just before work and it makes me hungry rather than full and lethargic if you get me.

how about a tbps+ 1 honey to your yogurt? :)
 
Over 50 grams of fructose per day is not good. Liver has trouble converting to glycogen. His way is better imo. The higher the glycemic index the better. He knows what he is doing.
@RoidRage69 that assumes a stationary person, 50 grams gets used up as activity happens, it's not all black and white.

And yes adding 1 tbsp of honey to his post workout meal/shake is beneficial, thats +14grams of carbs not 50.
