Not much fear will be used for this as we want diet to do all the work.
Next Thursday I’ll be doing skinfolds and I’ll have my diet the same night ready to roll.
@Snayaz curious why 600mgs primobolan? you can easily do 400mgs and do well with 400mgs test imook guys so change of direction now.

No fasted cardio today (extra sleep)
Chest/biceps/front delts
1: bench press 3 sets 120kg/13 reps 160kg/10 reps 180kg/7reps
2: incline dumbbell 3 sets 50kg/15 60kg/11 70kg/6
3:Hammer grip machine press 2 sets 160kg 10reps squeezed and heavy
4: Pec deck 3 sets whole stack + 20kg ontop of stack 12 reps
Front delt
1: plate front raise 20kg 15 reps for 2 sets and 10kg for 20reps
Biceps
Hammer strength preacher curl 3 sets 30kg/15reps 40kg/13 reps 50kg/9 reps did a drop set and hammered out reps to failure.
Hammer curls dumbbell (can’t remember reps) 17.5kg 22.5kg 27.5kg for reps around 10 to 14 reps.
One arm cable high curl
this is just for reps and squeeze. I don’t care about going super heavy but the burn and pump.
