My coach is awesome. His the type he will start me on a certain compound like small amount of test and higher promo and see how I respond in terms of inflammation to the body aswel as cortisol ect. He wants the body to be healthy and use only enough to bring out the package we want. He has a friend of mine who’s 9 weeks in and he looks phenomenal already looks stage ready but has time before his comp.

Hey guys, woke up and did my usual cardio

so today I trained chest/front delts and biceps

Bench press I stuck to 160kg as I didn’t have a spotter/partner so I just stuck on something safe but made the pressing about form squeeze and stretch

2 incline dumbbell press 3 sets
50kg/12 reps
60kg 11 reps
70kg 8 reps

3 pec deck
Full stack for all 3 sets for 10 reps. Controlled as hard as I can.

4 hammer grip flat press 3 sets

Front delts
15kg front dumbell raise 12 reps then drop set from 15kg to 12.5kg to 10kg to 5kg

Biceps today was only hammer curls and preacher curl. Only reason being is because I don’t need much volume as the pump is always the biggest after first set.

@Snayaz big day for you 160kg is a huge bench you can push it up a bit :)

I’ll go up but I just need someone who can spot and know how to spot too. Not many people I trust with that and I won’t ask a novice if you get me.

I also started my diet today too. Weekly check ins and everything.

He done my skinfolds Thursday and I weighed in at 131kg so I started diet today and we doing it weekly till he can estimate my sweet point where I can start shredding properly.

Currently on
400mg test
600mg primo
Yohimbine

Week by week we are going to see what the body does and if we will add or subtract different compounds or doses. I have faith in him as I’ve seen 3 of the guys his getting ready for comp.
 
Yesterdays session was all about back/traps
Cardio was done 45min fasted and everything felt good.

1:T bar row 4 sets 60kg/15reps 80kg/12reps 100kg /10 reps (controlled for all sets)

2: plate loaded Lat pull-down 3 sets 120kg/12 reps 160kg/8reps 160/8reps followed by a drop set

3: low row hammer strength 3 sets 120kg/10reps 160kg/10reps 140kg/15 reps (all controlled and squeezed hard)

4: Rack pulls 2 sets 160kg/12 reps and 220kg/10 reps (tried to keep the motion slow on negative.)

Plate loaded machine shrug
5 sets 240kg every set minus warm ups for total failure then turned into a power shrug and partials after that. My traps are screaminggg

didnt we talk about dropping primo to 400mgs?
