Good idea. I am probably going to scale back my training a little now that my cal deficit will likely increase to over 1500 by end of the week. The strength gains on my stack is phenomenal and I know sooner or later I need to change things up to allow tendons and ligaments catch up.Yeah it worked very good for me back in the days. All my rep ranges have been between 6 to 12 rep
Next week I am planning to push for higher reps (15+ reps) as heavy as I can

Last week before this cycle ends I’m taking a week off and also going to do bloods just to get an idea where my markers are at.
I wanted to ask, I will be transitioning into a cut Maby 3 weeks during cruise slowly dropping cals. Should I just stick to test at 200mg or should I add a low dose of primobolan aswel?

sports TRT is 300mgs of test should be easy for you and 300mgs primo is like a cake walk you wont feel anything strong from it
adding some cardarine gw would help, not sure AU situation with it but would help for sure

Intra/post workout

I have a coach who’s a close friend but his a beast told me to just change compounds over and he will do my diet and check ins aswel as protocol for aas.
I feel this would be a good approach because I want to now drop to a lean size cause I know I’ve put on quality that I lost before injury.
