Good idea. I am probably going to scale back my training a little now that my cal deficit will likely increase to over 1500 by end of the week. The strength gains on my stack is phenomenal and I know sooner or later I need to change things up to allow tendons and ligaments catch up.
 
Todays little log

No cardio today but extra sleep was given which was good. I’ve been having such deep sleep which has been real good.

I wont give out much info on this one cause battery life is on 2%

Shoulders/triceps
1: hammer strength shoulder press
2: cable side laterals
3: reverse pec deck
4: hammer strength side lateral (one arm)
5: chest supported row arms flared high (rear delt felt)

Triceps
1: pushdowns
2: machine dips
3: cable overhead press

All my rep ranges have been between 6 to 12 rep
Next week I am planning to push for higher reps (15+ reps) as heavy as I can

Just to shock the body into something new. Let me know what you think.

My sleeps been deep ever since taking telmisartan at night for some weird reason but good. Usually I never dream but fk I been out like a horse only to wake up to piss once at night Maby twice.

400mg test
250mg deca
300mg eq

Last week before this cycle ends I’m taking a week off and also going to do bloods just to get an idea where my markers are at.

I wanted to ask, I will be transitioning into a cut Maby 3 weeks during cruise slowly dropping cals. Should I just stick to test at 200mg or should I add a low dose of primobolan aswel?

Masteron killed my hairline bro and it took a while for me to get it back. This is why I stayed away abit from it. Primo didn’t really give me the hairline issue tho.

But using primo/masteron be lowering e2 a lot?

I could run them both. How low would you do the mast?

@Snayaz if you have masteron issues dont use it.

300mgs primobolan 300mgs testosterone a clean stack IMO
not sure how your e2 will respond without bloods honestly

So running this into a cruise 300/300 would be ok? I know primo did nothing bad to my markers and everything was good during a cruise a few years back. So I’m planning on doing this.

sports TRT is 300mgs of test should be easy for you and 300mgs primo is like a cake walk you wont feel anything strong from it
adding some cardarine gw would help, not sure AU situation with it but would help for sure

I might actually drop the deca and equipoise in 2 weeks and start running test/primo and something else and start dieting down.

I have a coach who’s a close friend but his a beast told me to just change compounds over and he will do my diet and check ins aswel as protocol for aas.

I feel this would be a good approach because I want to now drop to a lean size cause I know I’ve put on quality that I lost before injury.
 
Ok guys so today I woke up 5am to do my fasted cardio as usual 40min and by 8:30 and after 2 meals I hit the gym.

Today was a little different
Chest/front delt/bicep

1: bench press 3 sets 140kg/12 reps 160kg/9 reps and 180kg/7 reps
2: dumbbell incline 3 sets 40kg/12 reps 60kg/11 reps 70kg/7 reps
3: hammer grip machine bench press 3 sets
120kg all up for 12 reps controlled and squeezed
4: incline dumbbell fly 3 sets 25kg/10 reps 27.5kg/8 reps

Front delt
1: cable bar front raise
4 sets 12 reps hold and squeeze (I don’t go super heavy for this due to recovery conditions but trying to catch it up)

Biceps
1: Ez bar bicep curls 4 sets 20kg/15 reps 40kg/12 reps 50kg 8 reps
Last set was a drop set rep range from 4 4 6 8

2: cable rope hammer curls full stack on machine 15 - 20reps (strongest lift for me)

Didn’t do a third exercise as my biceps were so pumped and sore I thought Maby it would be wasted sets.

Meal 2: 230g boiled chicken breast/300g jasmine rice

Intra/post workout
70g vitargo intra
140g crispx cereal with 100g blueberries and 2 scoops wpi/ glutamine

Meal 3: 250g barramundi fillet/320g jasmine rice

Meal 4: 230g boil chicken breast/300 jasmine rice

Meal 5: 230g boil chicken breast/300 jasmine rice

Meal 6: 250g Greek yoghurt light/ 100g blueberries/1scoop wpi/ 1tbsp almond butter/ 2 cubes Lindt dark chocolate 70%

Your diet is what I should have eaten on my last bulk. I am now addicted to rice so it should be pretty easy to stay on it when I bulk again in late November.

Just make sure to change up the rice sometimes bro. I noticed after a while my body starts to disagree with it so I’ll change over to wholemeal pasta for a bit. But that’s just me. Eating the same shit and my body starts to hate me for it lol

my last blast as test, primo, and a sprinkle of NPP right at the end and for me was amaizng, body comp kept improving as the weight and overall muscle went up. And felt clean and side free the whole way, but obviously it very person to person.

Interesting to see how you go with the change bro

Haha I’m the worst hey I eat rice 4 out of my 5 meals, then rice cake for the last meal. 7 days a week.
But I’ve never had a digestion issue from rice 🍚 wheat products on the other hand in high amounts will. I feel like it’s a pretty unique thing as to what your body can take.
