How did u feel using deca on the cruise?
Yeah felt fine,it gives me joint relief until it doesn't, usually I just run test E on a cruise,also been running proviron at 25mg a day for a while now.probably the only oral I'm willing to take these days.
 
1st update,pinned 1ml test E(250mg) ,100mg tren E,and started in mast with 200mg ,25mg proviron.2nd pin of this cycle,BBLgear for this cycle.liking his oils.
Chest and shoulders last night,
Barbell bench press(7° incline)
Warm up with 2 × sets of push ups × 15,
+ Bb press @ 70lbs for 20 reps.
Working sets,
160lbs for 10 reps
210lbs for 8 reps
190lbs for 8 reps,
Dumbbell bench press,same incline,
35lbs for 12 reps
50lbs for 6 reps
35lbs for 8 reps
Dumbbell flys,same incline,
2 × sets of 8 reps at 25lbs
1 × set of 6 reps at 30 lbs
Shoulders,
Arnold press,35lb dumbbells,
3 × sets for 8 reps
Barbell military press,
3 × sets @ 50lbs for 8 reps
Rear delt flys,
3 × sets at 25lbs,
Finished off with 1 × set of dips for 8 reps.slow focused movements.
Overall got a great pump,feeling full,meant to ease back into it,going to be somewhat sore pretty soon I think.
Legs tomorrow,yayy!.

Will be starting this reconp on Saturday 28th September.have been on an 8 week cruise due to last cycle being cut short by 6 weeks.cruise has been 250 test E,150 deca.25mg proviron.
I will be running Big Boy Labs gear,
Test E @ 500 mg per week,Tren E @ 200 mg per week,Masteron E @ 400mg per week,25 mg proviron daily.cycle will run for 12-14 weeks.LPP.
Focus on compound lifts with medium weight,all free weights,dumbbell work for smaller muscle groups.
Diet isn't dialled in yet,or rather it's not bad but just not optimal.will update before starting to log.bloods to be mid cycle and end.maybee pre cycle bloods this w
eek.

I have never ran tren at such a low dose,lowest was 400mg,do you think low dose will be effective or am I wasting time.
I did 37.5mg Tren Ace per day the first 7 weeks into my cut and gained muscle while losing a ton of fat. You should be fine.

Yeah I think ,if it's true,back in the day,pros used 3 vials a week of the 76ml hex.was it better quality then or is our tren just as good.i mean modern tren.

I am sure it's pretty close quality wise. Tren is just so damn good at what it was made for.

@Seventieschild honestly, I train 2 guys top competitors now, both on less than 400mgs of tren, 1 was in the EU Arnold. I don't think you're having full absorption thats the issue, receptor saturation might be the issue imo.

Im only 1 week into this cycle,2nd pin was on Thursday,1st was Monday last.just curious to see results from 200mg of tren,how effective it will be.

Standing calve raisers,
3 × sets till burn,25-30 reps.
Only 3rd pin in this cycle,2nd week,
Added in masteron on last pin.am liking BBL tren E at this dose so far.
