More likely to be a tendon issue. A few weeks back I did also have a pain behind the knee capOverdue update, apologies guys,busy weekend family commitments.
So legs were way overdue,went moderate due to some type of injury,feels like nerve in right knee.
Warm up ,10km mountain bike ride,
Working sets, barbell squats,
1 × set @ 160 lbs for 10 reps
2 × sets @ 210lbs for 6 reps
2 × sets @ 190lbs for 8 reps,
Barbell lunges,
5 × sets @ 140lbs for 12 reps each.
Standing calve raisers,
3 × sets till burn,25-30 reps.
Only 3rd pin in this cycle,2nd week,
Added in masteron on last pin.am liking BBL tren E at this dose so far.

Yeah it really pin point pain that's why was thinking nerve from years of strain from work.Sounds like tendinitis.
