Current cycle update,Big Boy Labs gear,500mg test E,200mg tren e,400mg masteron,25mg proviron daily.
Warm up,2 × sets of diamonds push ups for 20 reps.
Working sets, Incline (7°) barbell bench press,
1 × set @ 140lbs for 20 reps
1 × set @ 170lbs for 15 reps
1 × set @ 205 lbs for 8 reps
1 × set @ 225lbs for 6 reps
90-120 seconds between sets.
drop sets,
1 × set @ 205lbs for 6 reps
1 × set @ 190 lbs for 8 reps
1 × set @ 170lbs for 10 reps
1 × set @ 140lbs for 10 reps
1 × set @ 100 lbs till failure(14)
1 × set @ 80lbs till failure (17)
1 × set @ 50lbs till failure,(22)
Those drop sets really exhausted the muscle and completely blew up the pump.BBL tren with mast bringing out the Viens nicely,good strength,arms are so heavy atm.

Ped cycle still same,500mg test E,200mg tren E,400mg masteron E,25mg proviron daily,all BBL gear,feeling good so no need for change ATM.
Maybee need to focus more on diet,mainly protein and fats.getting there.
Warm up,2 × sets Incline push ups for 25 reps.
Working sets,superset Arnold press with lateral delt raisers,alternating,
1 × set @ 35lbs for 10 reps,
1 × set @ 25lbs for 10 reps.
1 × set @ 45lbs for 8 reps,(× 2 sets)
1 × set @ 25 lbs for 8 reps(× 2 sets)
Rear delt flys,
3 × sets @ 25lbs for 8 reps
Barbell.shrugs,
3 × sets @ 240lbs for 8 reps.(Pause,squeeze,slow eccentric)
Overall am pleased, short on time,hence the supersets,glad I forced myself to squeeze it in.am surprised at the benefits of tren at such a dose,never ran this low but limited sides, vascularity increasing,sleeping fair ,thermal effects are always there.thanks again Evo guys and to my cycle sponsor,Big Boy Labs.
Only about 3 weeks into this one,will post bloods mid to end of cycle,update progress photos at week 8.
