Chest and traps.
Warm up,1 × set of incline push ups for 30 reps.
Incline barbell bench press,
1 × set @ 170lbs for 10 reps
2 × sets @ 210 lbs for 8 reps
1 × set @ 230 lbs for 6 reps
Drop sets in reverse sane order same weights for 3 sets,last set @ 100lvs till failure.
Dumbbell flys,
4 × sets @ 35lbs for 10 reps.
Traps,
Barbell shrugs,
1 × set @ 200lbs for 10 reps
3 × sets @ 230lbs for 8 reps
1 × set @ 170lbs till failure.

great pumps from the start,warm up push ups got a pump straight off, testament to Big Boy labs quality gear.
