Current stats
  • Age: 35
  • Height: 5’10”
  • Weight: 200 lbs
  • Body fat: unknown

Goals​

  • What I want from this cycle:
    • Add another 20 lbs of lean muscle tissue on my frame
    • Incredible libido and skin tearing erections
  • What I want to avoid with this cycle:
    • High blood pressure
    • Lipids crash
    • Excessive bloating
    • Acne on my hamstrings
    • Liver stress
    • Hair loss

Cycle (12 weeks)​

I think I could titrate up on both the test enanthate and deca to decrease the risks of side effects (let me know what you think).
  • Testosterone enanthate at 250mg E3D*
  • Deca durabolin at 180mg E3D
  • NPP starting at 66mg EOD on week 1-4, 33mg EOD on week 5**
  • Proviron at 25mg ED (may bump to 50mg, I’ll see)
  • Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD (just in case I need it)
  • Enclomiphene at 12.5mg E3D
  • Cialis at 20mg (on training days)
  • Topical finasteride ED (to protect my scalp, Proviron can be hard on the hairline)
I will do TRT with 200mg of test enanthate a week instead of PCT and I will keep taking enclomiphene at 12.5mg every Monday and Thursday.

* On my last cycle, I used the cypionate ester but this time I decided to try the enanthate ester to see if my body reacts positively. Apparently, the enanthate ester causes less bloating. On my last cycle I was the Michelin Man. Towards the 12th week, I couldn’t walk without a massive pump in my chins and I couldn’t see my knuckles. That was with 12.5mg of Aromasin EOD. Maybe this time it will be different.

** I use NPP as a “kickstart.” I could have used dbol or tbol but this time I am focused on making this cycle as “safe” as possible.

  • Last time, I ate a lot of protein, too much maybe. This time, I will lower my proteins and increase the carbs.

    • Monday: Chest, shoulders, triceps, abs
    • Tuesday: Back, biceps, abs and forearms
    • Wednesday: Legs, abs
    • Thursday: Chest, shoulders and triceps
    • Friday: Back, biceps, abs and forearms, abs
    • Saturday: Legs
    • Sunday: Rest

Order the cycle. I am currently in Mexico and Mexicans are notorious for cutting corners and producing fake gear. I will risk it and hope I get real gear.

Your not giving your body anytime to heel up. You should only be training your small bodyparts twice per week like arms. Training every bodypart twice per week will lead to injuries and not enough recovery time. Your not a pro bodybuilder taking 20 IU HGH daily.

I would not go into this cycle with these expectations. You may put on the "weight" but it will certainly not be good tissue. 5-8lbs good tissue a year unless you are a genetic freak.

Both the deca and test take 4 weeks or so to reach full blood saturation. If your only doing 12 weeks you would take the full dose right from the start. If you were doing a 20 week off season you might consider titrating up. In this case i wouldn't.

To keep my balls big and working properly, almost the same as using hcg
I got some news for you. As soon as your balls see exogenous test they shut down. Taking hcg on cycle does nothing but keep them plump.

@s.gentz with all due respect my brother, HCG is highly estrogenic, its not smart or safe to take it when on or off cycle unless he's desperate.

@bullkupp take HCGenerate instead to keep your balls plump and big, thats what I have my clients do.
 
I think the guys above gave you some sound advice

and yes you are right about the Mexican gear it's very shady which is ironic because of the laws making it legal
but let us know what you can come up with
 
yeah hcg doesn't work like you expect
if it did no one would need trt right?
 
I didn't know you were a Portuguese that's pretty cool
there are a lot of Portuguese bodybuilders
 
there is legit Mexican gear you just got to look for the right one
maybe ask some bodybuilders around town and in the gyms what they use
 
yeah we definitely want to see that Mexican gear
the fact it's so easy to get is always a red flag to me
