Day 7 (rest day)

Got a hang over because of the two glasses of wine I drank yesterday. It was hard to have sex. I was sweating like a pig and had stomach cramps. Felt bad the whole morning and afternoon. Lost my appetite.

Miscellaneous bits of wisdom: Never act butthurt or feel like you have to impose your respect when you get stood up on a date. Just do what James Bond would do: Just move on. You can also use this trick: If you need 15 minutes to get to the date location, text her 10 minutes in advance telling her you are on your way. You can also tell her how to recognize you (ie. clothing). If she replies with something positive, good. If she doesn't reply, then stay home and don't text her again. Don't tell her to fuck off or any stupid shit like that. Always leave the door open, she may come back.

If you didn't act like a bitch with her and did everything "by the book" then if she stands you up, it's not about you, it's about her. Anyway, she doesn't know you, it's not something to be taken personally. Just move on.

I used that trick with a chick I was supposed to meet. She didn't reply to my text and I went to the grocery store instead. She texted me an hour later to apologize and wanted to set up another date. She had fallen asleep. We finally saw each other. She thanked me for not being toxic (acting butthurt). We made out. She texted me the next day to see me again.

I didn't hit my macros at all. I ate maybe half of what I usually eat.
