So what's up with the bloods, did u take a look, I was within normal range, 3 weeks after last injection.
Was it too soon to be running bloods.

Sweet as will order the bacteriostatic will probz still have to wait another week to start HCG
And I'd say I have to wait 12 weeks b4 the docs will let me get another blood test as yeah I've just had 1

yeah so i typed this out the other day and then accidentally clicked off to another page and lost all waht i typ[ed, and i was on my phone i was just like fck it ahah do it when im on my PC.

anyways yeah so still eating, havent been counting really but chucked a day of eating in m y fitness pal and kind of roughly hitting decent macros, probaby need a bit more protein, should probably start traclking properly ay, been struggling with motivation tbh, have made an effort to train, but done mostly cardio and boxing, only lifted about 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Starting from today gonna commit to dailly lifting, but yeah have become more cardio/boxing orientated atm due to the fact, since ive been on cycle and lifting focused i feel like slow, heavy and stiff, so just trying to get the body moving a bit better.

A full day of eating looks like this

100g oats with 30g protein, creatine and raspberries n blueberries
then a bunch of vitamins...
Vitamin C 1000mg
omega 3 2000mg
swisse mens multi
inner health plus double strength
swisse liver detox tablets
a probitic powder
a swisse collagen powder
and just added BSC Triandrobol test for Test support

then about an hr-2 later
4 eggs on toast with vegemite and cheese
a small tin of tuna
and a banana

then an hr or 2 later maybe some instant noodles with broccoli or a muscle chef meal

usally for Dinner 200g chicken or a steak, 200g sweet potato fries and 200g of broccoli

usually some crackers and cottagew cheese b4 bed

i have been waking up and not eating til 12-1pm, just cos im stuck at home atm moment, in a shitty routine and will wake up, stuff around, and have like 2-3 coffes before i eventually decide to eat breaky, so yeah this week focusing on cleaning up the routine and getting food in me ealier an will probably chuck some training in after the last meal and add an extra meal on the end.
 
far out im feeling like shit. ive been a month off now, and yeah been unmotivated and procrastinating, really begining to fight it off and get training more now.
but yeah the confidence has really really dipped, i feel like i look 10 years older, the body and physique is 1 thing, obviously im losing some size, and hardness. but yeah the confidence is goooone, im like a different man, and the face, i feel like my face looks different, got bags under the eyes, and i feel like my facial structure has changed, softer jaww line, and cheek bones.

it was only a couple weeks ago i was lookiong in the mirror thinking, dayum u still got it, u sexy mf, but now im alm,ost struggliong to look at myself.

im not sure how much of it is real, like obviously there is changes but yeah im not sure if a lot of it is in my head aswell.

i assume now being 1 month off, id be low af T, like no T.

bacterio static water should be coming today so will start HCG as soon as it gets here.

but yeah at this rate im really struggling to stay off, the way im feeling, and looking really is making me want to jump straight back on.

Am already on clomid, I guess nolva would b needed, but yeah am already 4 weeks off cycle, don't have a lot of money atm as I'm in between work, I wouldn't be able to buy nolva for probably another 2 weeks now and then by the time it arrives another week or 2, by then 7-8 weeks off cycle would nolva still even be necessary.

I dont know i guess just high lighting how im feeling, not good, makes me think wtf am I doing

I was told aromasin once a week, how should I space this? Like 2 days after first hcg shot or doesn't matter or, yeah what do I do?

You can take HCG on the days with aromasin as well.
