The workouts this week were amazing and way more intense. Placebo is a great thing when you’ve just started a new cycle 😂

Here are the current lifts.. I’ll put a comparison of the start lifts at the end of the cycle. I improved in almost all lifts but decided to reduce weight on certain isolation excercises as I felt like I was ego lifting too often.

Had a bit of insomnia last night for the first time since starting my trt journey and recent blast/cruise with test and anavar.

Will start on low dose aromasin shortly. My adex is a couple of years old so don’t want to risk using that.

Food was on point. Absolutely no cheating.. no inherent want for snacks like chips or chocolate.. weekends are a bit more flexible but I ensure I get adequate protein.

some sample shots below of the food during the week, sorry they’re not as pretty as @Grumpys
@Maz89 meals are looking incredible..........good updates.......

Food options looking great!

Week 2 Update

Hey everyone, just wrapped up the second week of my cycle.

I’ve hit a bit of a plateau with my lifts, but that’s mostly because I switched to working out early in the morning. Training fasted has had its challenges, so the stall was expected. I’m confident I’ll see those numbers climb again next week.

On the plus side, I’ve been eating a lot more but staying at roughly the same leanness. The scale is up 2kg (about 4.4 lbs) since the start of the cycle.

Here’s a pic of this morning’s breakfast to kick off week 3:

• 6 eggs
• 2 slices of sourdough
• 2 kiwis
• 5 Medjool dates with salted butter

Cheers to the permabulk 😂

Some days, I’m hitting 4,500 calories. Let’s keep pushing!

Hey everyone,

It’s been about 10 years since I've done a log. I’ve struggled with extremely low testosterone for years due to heavy prohormone use in my youth.

Currently, I’ve been on a TRT dose of Test E for about 12 weeks, with the last 4 weeks including Anavar at 30mg (I’ve included some pictures showing the results - yes, i have a love heart tattood on my stomach... the things you do for babes as a teen).

Now, I’m about to start a small blast with Silverback Labs’ Test E and Mast E.

This log will be exclusive, and they’ve generously included a free vial! Ill be posting on here once a week with updated stats.

My dosing plan is a 1:1 ratio, and I’ll adjust based on how my joints respond.
• 400mg Test E
• 400mg Mast E

For my TRT dose, I’ve been pinning every other day but will switch to twice a week for this blast. I’ll begin after receiving my latest blood work results next week.
This will be my first time using Silverback oils, but I’ve had great success with the Anavar previously mentioned.

I’m really excited for this cycle, as the guy behind Silverback Labs is an absolute legend.
