I will start this thread off quick as I’m in 3 weeks already and couldn’t write my log cause I was suspended at the time but now I’m back.

So here’s stats for those who don’t know m
Age 37
Weight 125kg since last Friday but 120kg start of the cycle.
Bodyfat 8%
Cycle history hearing since 19 and a vet to this game.

I will post up my cycle instead of writing it but also add towards the last phase I’ll be adding insulin fast/slow acting aswel as t3

Just a quick flick through the weeks. My strength has gone up dramatically and I’m also reverse dieting after a successful cut. Calories have been going up and right now I’m on 5864 calories.

My weight has gone up to 125kg and still same bodyfat as I do check ins weekly.

Yesterdays weight session was epic as my strength has skyrocketed

Shoulders/triceps
1 arsenal shoulder press
3 sets 120kg/12 160kg/12 200kg/8

Side lateral dumbbell
3 sets 15kg/13 20kg/11 25kg/8

Reverse pec deck
3 sets 52kg/20 64kg/15 64/kg drop set

Single arm machine lateral raise
2 sets 20kg to failure both sets

Arsenal shoulder press hammer grip
2 sets of 15kg with 80kg slow and controlled.

Triceps
Close grip bench
4 sets 100kg/15 120kg/11 130kg/9

Cable Push down
3 sets full stack every set for 12reps

Dumbbell overhead press
40kg/12 50kg/10 60kg/7

I’m 184cm tall which is 6ft

Yeah the reverse diet has helped slowly adding up the carbs. I do morning cardio also fasted just for heart health and endurance also aswel as keeping lean.

This will probably be my last big cycle and from here I’ll just cruise and just Maby to small blast but just enough here to put some good weight on.

Would be interesting to see your E2 after 4-8 weeks with EQ and aromasin in the mix

I'm also curious about his thought process with this cycle. Way too much shot going on. Way too much oarls/toxicity at the end of a build. I get adding in the anadrol late to push harder but 100mg/day dbol is gonna turn him into a water balloon and with the anadrol/tren in the mix also his BP id gonna be off the charts. Test, EQ, HGH, IGF or Insulin and anadrol at the last third would be more than adequate. IDK, to each their own i guess.

It is a nutty cycle more so towards the end.
Protien synthesis caps out, where more isn’t better.
You can only hold so much water before BP and kidneys start taking the hit.

Much better to run HGH and take some things away, less toxicity, better growing, and staying at that 8% body fat a lot easier instead of accumulating fatigue, high Liver Enzymes, high eGFR, lipid skewing ect..

To grow all you need is really test gh insulin and primo, he’s pushing 120+ lean so he can afford to run high doses of test gh and even primo it will get similar outcomes. GH will keep you lean and keep hyperplasia high, test will be a strong E2 base to convert the HGH to IGF1, if the liver is healthy and willing to play ball with toxicity. Primo as an anabolic and e2 modulation.

Anadrol I can see for some strength increases and fat loss to some degree, but added tren and dbol.. mans brave

I do agree with the end bit and I am also not going to run that level of dbol/anadrol more so 25/25 both ways.

Hgh i don’t plan on running yet or at all. I am not going to compete plus legitimacy in aus is hard because as we all know a lot can be faked. I use to have a dr here who could grab.

My bloods I got are perfect and spot on and keep going strong. My blood pressure is 126/70 which is good.

Letro will be used in the last phase also for water aswel. The cycle all depends on bloods/bp and other markers otherwise they change as we go.

For liver I have scripts I get from a mate who gives me the best liver protectant that’s worked for me even on the hardest cycles.

I’ve done crazy cycles too so this isn’t nothing new.

As for the part for e2. I’m estrogen sensative and that happens as we get older. I’m still getting good boners 😂 I feel amazing and I’ll be posting bloods as I go throughout.

1 apple
1 pear
1 orange
300g watermelon
100g strawberry’s
So an extra 400cals there. Ontop of that diet.

Saturday I go in for a check in and I’ll write up my days traininf sesh today

thats really good BP for your size man :) fasted cardio is the key on bulk or cut I tell everyone @Snayaz

400 grams is impressive!
only @Connorflex has you beat, the man has 500grams of protein from mostly kangaroo meat, impressive
