Crashing estrogen is never a good idea, unless you have gyno issues.
 
Looking forward to seeing what you do with the growth hormone.

Shoulders/triceps/hiit cardio

Side note, I feel lethargic and weak after training. I took a shot of test 400 thinking it was 250 bottle and it’s just made me feel this way. (Normal for me with higher mg test)

1: panatta shoulder press
3 sets 60kg/12 80kg/10 100kg/7
(This machine is very challenging fml but felt so good)

2 arsenal machine side lateral
3 sets can’t give numbers cause I didn’t really look but did the whole stack last set with e drop set

3 reverse pec deck
3 sets 75kg/15 92kg/12 112kg/10

4 Upright row
2 sets 80kg/10 80kg/9

5 front delt cable raise
2 sets 20kg/15reps

Triceps

1 Dips
5 sets
3 sets body weight with 15 reps and 2 sets with 20kg strapped to me for 10reps

2 cable overhead unilateral raise
3 sets 12.5kg for 15reps every set
(It’s like your taking swords from behind your head, I don’t go too heavy bur the feel and pump was unreal)

3: v bar press down
3 sets half stack/15 full stack/12

I’m sore as so I’m skipping work today to just rest and eat. This feeling will go away tomorro morning. Side note my back training has demolished my lats and back as they are sore as.

good morning guys.

Just wanted to put it up here that blood pressure has gone up again since the adjustment in food so I’ll be increasing cardio also keeping aromasin at 12.5mg instead of lowering it cause I can see it’s a little water related possibly.

My coach said to wait a week or 2 as I’m eating heaps to just let body adjust to it first.

So for the time being I’ve added some cialis at 5mg daily upon waking. This did happen before couple weeks back and then it lowered so hopefully it’s just the same thing.

My breathing is fine and not short of breath but I just feel it’s food volume cause it’s a lot to take in.

No other physical sides of high bp that I would normally get if it runs high like (redness, headache, nose bleeds or shif feeling)

I was watching a video from kuba cielin I think his name is where he does 10min cardio after each meal so I may do this too.

Any recommendations? Telmisartan didn’t work for me and I still have 4 boxes of that. What would be a stronger and better choice that won’t affect my training/gains?

You might look into Losartan (another ARB), Amlodipine (CCB) or Ramipril (ACE inhibitor).

I actually have the same question as @hypogaeum
here we are doing 1 gallon of water+
thats about 4-5 L of water for you
how much PURe water do you drink?
 
Tbh this is my last run for blasts like this. Probably by end of next year I’ll be calling quits and just sticking to proper trt protocols and just stick to maintaining a healthier weight and not having to worry so much about health factors.

Majority of my life cycling has been good with little to no sides but we all know as we get older the body can only take so much.

Once I add the size I want I will then diet down and stay lean. Love what I do but time is what is making this choice for me since age is rising lol

About 6 to 7litres a day. I am a big drinker of water or water mixed with aminos or sugar free cordial.

I trained just now and did 15min on stairs.
All in all I feel good, no heavy breathing at all.

Problem with me is that I have bad anxiety and usually eq makes it worse so sometimes when I’m anxious and take bp reading it goes up cause I start to overthink during the reading Aswel. Always had this condition.

The options there and I’ve been pressed to compete but I don’t really plan on it as most my body is covered with tattoos. Not sure if it would obscure the look on stage.

It would be nice if you could post up a bunch of photos so we can see how u look. U look pretty good in your avatar. Do u have a big back?

Plenty of guys with tattoos compete :) you look amazing from start though
 
Hey guys sorry this will be a quick one as my battery is on 4% and I need the rest of it to finish work.

Chest/bicep

Hammer strength incline press
3 sets

Panatta decline standing fly
4 sets

Flat machine press
3 sets

Seated cable hammer grip press
2 sets

Pec deck

Both chest and biceps were beyond pumped and strength has gone up.

The small anxiety attack I had lastnight gave me little sleep probably 4 or 5 hours so I been tired most the day but a hour after training I have been so fatigued and muscle pain all over.

I think it’s overtraining or just not enough rest.

I’ve decided to give my body a break for a week and take time off from the gym just for recovery but cardio will be done daily along with more sleep thru the day.

I see my coach for a check in and I’m also going to get him to lower carbs during the rest periods and also change the next phase of the cycle. I’ve gained weight and size but I don’t want to continue to eat this much carbs as it’s just physically draining eating 350g rice most meals.

The next phase was suppose to be
Test
Eq
Masteron
Anadrol

I might still consider this part or drop the anadrol and add the insulin instead. I don’t wanna gain too fast so I wanna to by feel which is what my coach also said.

Bloods will also be done after 4 - 5 days off no training to get an accurate rresult and we will also go from there.

1 week off could be good but we never got your blood glucose levels for a week even
would be nice to see those when you putting down so many carbs

Glucose levels are good. They are in the right ranges. I’ll start taking photos of the readings but I just never think of taking the photos.
 
Blood pressure is back down, I think just my body adapting to all those carbs is now going good.
131/62 morning reading

Had my check in today. So the feeling I got feeling shitty and fkd up was minor flu. I went to drs cause I have a sore throat with it and his told me it’s going around so I’m ok.

Body feels 100%

I am currently 129.6kg I’ve brought to his attention I’m taking a week off which he was actually going to tell me to take or deload.

I am a little softer but not dramatic. Still covering up all my hard work till the end as I’ve taken before photos and will put after photos when this growth phase is complete.

He won’t be increasing food but he told me when he does it won’t be carbs it will be fats.

Today it was just cardio and deep tissue massage with scraping done.
 
Glucose levels are good. They are in the right ranges. I’ll start taking photos of the readings but I just never think of taking the photos.
if you can please do take pics so we can get an actual number with 1000 grams of carbs

Why is it so important? I’ve checked it and they are good.
