Shoulders/triceps/hiit cardio

Side note, I feel lethargic and weak after training. I took a shot of test 400 thinking it was 250 bottle and it’s just made me feel this way. (Normal for me with higher mg test)

1: panatta shoulder press

(This machine is very challenging fml but felt so good)

3 sets can’t give numbers cause I didn’t really look but did the whole stack last set with e drop set

3 reverse pec deck

Triceps

3 sets body weight with 15 reps and 2 sets with 20kg strapped to me for 10reps

(It’s like your taking swords from behind your head, I don’t go too heavy bur the feel and pump was unreal)

3: v bar press down
3 sets half stack/15 full stack/12

I’m sore as so I’m skipping work today to just rest and eat. This feeling will go away tomorro morning. Side note my back training has demolished my lats and back as they are sore as.

Blood pressure is back down, I think just my body adapting to all those carbs is now going good.
131/62 morning reading

Had my check in today. So the feeling I got feeling shitty and fkd up was minor flu. I went to drs cause I have a sore throat with it and his told me it’s going around so I’m ok.

Body feels 100%

I am currently 129.6kg I’ve brought to his attention I’m taking a week off which he was actually going to tell me to take or deload.

I am a little softer but not dramatic. Still covering up all my hard work till the end as I’ve taken before photos and will put after photos when this growth phase is complete.

He won’t be increasing food but he told me when he does it won’t be carbs it will be fats.

Today it was just cardio and deep tissue massage with scraping done.

So far this rest period has been real good. The amount of sleep I’ve been catching up on has been so good. Friday I’ll be back to training properly again.

I’ve added the next phase in where I’ve dropped npp and added masteron and anadrol I’ve also bumped up doses a little bit

1000mg test e
900mg eq
400mg masteron
50mg anadrol
3iu hgh

I’ve also added 12.5mcg t3

I’ve actually started the hgh today as it arrived yesterday afternoon and i will bump that up in couple weeks time but for now it’s just 3iu in the mornings. T3 is in there just more for the fact i get hungry on it so it will counter the anadrol appetite supressive part (what I normally do)

Originally it was suppose to be 100mg anadrol but 50mg is a good spot for this first week just to assess how body will react but so far so good.

Blood pressure is also good sticking to 132/63

Cardio has been a little hard lately as I’ve been getting cramps in my shins now every session of cardio. Other then that I can see I’m filling more out with anadrol.

Yeah still doing them high carb bro but I wanted to ask the coach if I can lower carbs on non training days. Not really getting fat or anything but I just wanna give my stomach a bit less volume on these days.

I do have taurine powder. Would that be best to take in the morning before fasted cardio?

Won’t be seeing the coach till after this festive week but next week I will be.

It’s always helped me with metabolising the food faster. I did my check in and 133kg but just a 1% increase in bf which just looks like water but could be from sleeping. We also adjusting a few things in terms for better sleep aswel.

HIIT CARDIO ON ASSAULT BIKE

I have gotten bigger but still staying lean. it’s just been a small challenge adjusting to the weight as I grow but slowly getting there. I’ve also upped my aromasin dose to 25mg eod just to keep water in check so bp doesn’t go crazy.

Anxiety has been playing up on me which has been a bitch, I had minor breathing issues at night trying to yawn but not finishing the yawn which flared it up but has been getting better.

Insulins been good shuttling all this food in but it’s getting hard to eat the amount of volume
Of food but i still get it done.

I’ll be adding the mix of dbol aswel into the mix hit adrol and dbol at 50mg/50mg and assess from there with aromasin as I know dbol will rise hit 25mg eod should be enough.

Negatives during cycle
-excessive sweating
-anxiety
-minor breathing issues (taken care of)

I won’t be going much into detail as much for training but what I post now is exercise and last set max weight and reps. Im just logging as a favour for my source because I love his products.
