1: single arm low row
3 sets 200kg/10

2: single arm hammer grip pull-down (panatta)
3 sets 80kg/10

3: panatta mid row
3 sets 100kg/15 (more for swueeze and feel)

4: rack pull
3 set 280kg/5

Traps

1: machine shrug
3 sets 250kg/10

2: barbell shrug
2 sets 140kg/20

HIIT CARDIO ON ASSAULT BIKE

I have gotten bigger but still staying lean. it’s just been a small challenge adjusting to the weight as I grow but slowly getting there. I’ve also upped my aromasin dose to 25mg eod just to keep water in check so bp doesn’t go crazy.

Anxiety has been playing up on me which has been a bitch, I had minor breathing issues at night trying to yawn but not finishing the yawn which flared it up but has been getting better.

Insulins been good shuttling all this food in but it’s getting hard to eat the amount of volume
Of food but i still get it done.

I’ll be adding the mix of dbol aswel into the mix hit adrol and dbol at 50mg/50mg and assess from there with aromasin as I know dbol will rise hit 25mg eod should be enough.

Negatives during cycle
-excessive sweating
-anxiety
-minor breathing issues (taken care of)

I won’t be going much into detail as much for training but what I post now is exercise and last set max weight and reps. Im just logging as a favour for my source because I love his products.

Yeah macros/carbs are still high. Been running lantus and novorapid which has helped a lot this first week aswel. Strength is through the roof and fullness is unreal.

After this blast tho I will be doing bloods and a health phase too just to get the body back into a good spot and then see from there what I wanna do

1: Leg extension
5 sets
60kg/15 reps

Walking lunges
As far as the room could take me with 30kg dumbbells


Hack squat
4 sets
80kg/21 sets

Laying hammy curls
Half stack and drop set for 25+ set

This was just a pump and priming workout as I didn’t wanna jinx myself at the gym after being sick.

The days I was sick I still ate all my meals but I did Maby drop rice to 300g instead of 350g cause I was just fkd up.

I just got a massage/scraping/cupping done and I feel good so hopefully we see what tomorro holds.

Shoulders/triceps today

Bit of a difference in selection

1: Reverse pec deck
4 sets 108kg/13 (mind you this is with a hold for the last 3 reps where my rears shake)

2: One arm dumbell side lateral
3 sets 22.5kg/12

3: lat pull down leaning upright row
3 sets 49kg/20

4: arsenal shoulder press
3 sets 200kg/8

Triceps

1: dips
4 sets body weight 10reps (fatigued from the shoulder pressing)

2: Wide bar pressdown
4 sets full stack/12

3: panatta tricep extension
3 sets 45kg/10 reps

Pros
- Pumps and strengths are amazing
- fullness/roundness
- strength increasing rapidly

Cons
- feel the need to drop volume due to pumps getting painful a bit
- excessive sweating (summer in australia)
- lethargic/tired a little after training (changes after had a few meals)

Sleep has been ok, although I’ll just wake up twice to take a leak and Maby once to just take off singlet as I end up having night sweats.

Volume of food and my gut have been also going good. I have been taking in a lot of fibre supps and I am not bloated (unless right after training due to drinking 6litres+ of water)

Mix of dbol and anadrol hasn’t put a strain on my appetite as much but is getting a little harder to get that steak/rice meal in at the end a bit. I have my check in tomorro and I want to see if I can switch the rice over with white potato so I can make a mash and smash it down easy as my body digests that so easy.

Ok guys so I am contemplating on stopping my cycle and going into a cruise because my bp has shot up too high.

I’m thinking to try 2 things before I jump into a cruise and that’s
1: donate blood
2: increase Ai to flush some water out.

I also decided to drop the hgh/dbol and long acting insulin if I do continue.

I’ve been having trouble sleeping due to breathing which is getting me to toss and turn and wake up.

As much as I love to chase gains I rather keep health first as I’ve pushed it. Tomorro I’ll drain 400ml of blood and also increase aromasin too.

Tried telmisartan but didn’t do nothing for me even at 80mg

But I plan to stop regardless now. I’ve gained too much and I’m starting to get sleep apnea which is a no no for me.
 
So I decided I’m going to transition into a cruise now.

I’ve gained some quality size but as I said to my coach about a few things in terms of hard to sleep due to sleep apnea, bp and few other things. We are going to be reducing calories and also going into a health phase. Once some of the water subsides it should help Aswel as the calories too.

I also will not be blasting heavy anymore and probably just do minimal doses from here on out. I love this sport but I do want to put my health and kids first too. I will do a cutting phase this year but after that it’s just trt.

Why the sudden change? I have done this all my life and I love it but when you get older it’s harder aswel and I’m really Feeling it in terms of my body always thrashed and just sore always where I can’t be fkd enjoying time with my son.

But I’ll log the cruise too.

@Snayaz thats generally not a good sign. Might have some issues with kidneys.

I found when BP meds dont work, there are other issues including kidneys and heart that could be involved.

I would go sports TRT+ and monitor your situation more, seems hard to say where you are as we don't know your food intake. I've seen 1000 grams of carbs which makes no sense unless you're stepping on stage, with that kind of off intake, all sorts of sides will crop up, even without the gear.
