The fruits helped so much aswel and also other supplements for overall general health. I just love that last meal of it and won’t ever drop it out.

Yeah fasted cardio has definitely helped heart wise esp with breathing too as I would breath a little heavy and now that’s non existent so a bonus.

My coach doesn’t want me overboard with protein lol when o showed him what I was eating in terms of protein he was shocked lol.

One meal on weekends was a whole 3kg barramundi fish marinated with fresh herbs and spices and steamed. I could eat it no problem lol. His gonna bump up the calories week by week but aslong as measurements and bodyfat is where we should have it.
 
that's a big cycle for sure

45min fasted cardio

I also train afrer I have 2 meals down just so people know so I train mornings.

Chest/bicep
1 pec deck 4 sets ( reps were kept at 10reps but mainly all about squeeze and contract even on whole load)

2 Incline smith barbell press
3 sets 120kg/10 130kg/9 140kg/77

3: nautilus chest press
3 sets 80%of weight for 12 100% weight 8 reps
(Weight was in pounds sorry I can’t remember them)

4: chest dips
3 sets to failure and till I can perfect form to 100% before I go weighted.

Biceps
Bicep curls barbell
4 sets 20kg/12 30kg/11 40kg/8

Hammer curls
2 sets
15kg/20 20kg/15 25kg/40 (drop set)

Low volume for biceps as one warm up set always has pumped them too much.

but you know what you're doing you've done it before
I just use what works for me, I don’t want people copying the cycle as it may not work for them but my body works good with these compounds and sometimes not so good with others so o avoid. But I do bloods every 4 weeks just to keep track and see what I need to do in terms of dropping something or lowering dose ect.

A lot of trial and error from past use.

actually your protein is normal for your size, the way you train and cardio, the high protein is a must man :) all you need is some digestive enzymes and probiotics

I will start this thread off quick as I’m in 3 weeks already and couldn’t write my log cause I was suspended at the time but now I’m back.

So here’s stats for those who don’t know m
Age 37
Weight 125kg since last Friday but 120kg start of the cycle.
Bodyfat 8%
Cycle history hearing since 19 and a vet to this game.

I will post up my cycle instead of writing it but also add towards the last phase I’ll be adding insulin fast/slow acting aswel as t3

I use Metamucil 3 x a day which is enough as anymore gets me gassy or gives me the runs.

When I get home I’ll post up which one I’m using as I just can’t remember off the top of my head.

Digestion wise has been real good. Emptying bowels 3 x a day and never bloated and get hungry.
 
Definitely in to follow along brother. 100mg dbol AND 100mg anadrol per workout is absolutely crazy though.
To be honest I think what he implied is a bit too much I might do 50/50 combo as I’ve done it in the past and haven’t had no sides. The letro 2.5mg a week would suffice for the water too but estro feels under control and libido is in a good spot aswel as everything else. Tomorro is check in so I’ll lay out what happens next

metamucil is psyllium so perfect man :) was worried a bit about your digestion now all good @Snayaz

But just got massage done DEEP TISSUE, ART, SCRAPING & CUPPING

Also mobility work done aswel and stretching will be done after cardio.
