I just use what works for me, I don’t want people copying the cycle as it may not work for them but my body works good with these compounds and sometimes not so good with others so o avoid. But I do bloods every 4 weeks just to keep track and see what I need to do in terms of dropping something or lowering dose ect.that's a big cycle for sure

Yeah fasted cardio has definitely helped heart wise esp with breathing too as I would breath a little heavy and now that’s non existent so a bonus.

One meal on weekends was a whole 3kg barramundi fish marinated with fresh herbs and spices and steamed. I could eat it no problem lol. His gonna bump up the calories week by week but aslong as measurements and bodyfat is where we should have it.

To be honest I think what he implied is a bit too much I might do 50/50 combo as I’ve done it in the past and haven’t had no sides. The letro 2.5mg a week would suffice for the water too but estro feels under control and libido is in a good spot aswel as everything else. Tomorro is check in so I’ll lay out what happens nextDefinitely in to follow along brother. 100mg dbol AND 100mg anadrol per workout is absolutely crazy though.
