Cardio daily is a good way to control BP.Telmisartan doesn’t work for me, I’ve tried it at 80mg a day and didn’t do nothing for me.
I’m gonna be draining some blood also tonight as eq raises hemo levels so that will help aswel.
Cardio is daily and I have stopped Creatine aswel as salts pre workout.
Could it just be also the fact I’m gaining weight as my calories are going up? I do plan on increasing my aromasin to 25mg eod as my face has gotten slightly more puffier. Breathing is still normal and the only time I feel a little out of breath is after some meals not all the time cause I crammed it down.Cardio daily is a good way to control BP.
Yeah I plan to but I wanted to do like a before/mid/after into one photo just to show the difference. Tho I can throw up a photo or 2. I’m at work atm but I will Chuck some up soonthrow up some pics bro
It could be for sure, but even bigger guys I work with we try to control BP under 130 range 13x/7-8Could it just be also the fact I’m gaining weight as my calories are going up? I also am going to drain some blood tonight as I know eq would have raised hemo levels and might take baby asprin too.
I informed my coach and he has told me to increase cardio or increase aromasin, he said the only thing is he wants to wait 4 to 5 weeks before upping aromasin to get all compounds to hit concentration levels before increasing the aromasin. If that fails we are going to slow down the calorie increase so the body can slowly get use to the food and keep up.

From a supplement side of things, omega-3s, magnesium, CoQ10, telmisartan, etc. Keep the hydration high, limit sodium, eat potassium rich foods and do cardio. The bigger guys you know where you try keep their bp as low as you can get them at their weight. Wht are a few things you do?
I take all of that minus the telmisartan as it never helped my bp even at 80mg a day. I most likely need something stronger to help with bp if it ever rises. But so far it’s gone back down and sticking to that number which is good. From a supplement side of things, omega-3s, magnesium, CoQ10, telmisartan, etc. Keep the hydration high, limit sodium, eat potassium rich foods and do cardio.
It comes down to a couple of things, we can take all the meds possible to pull down BP through RAAS System and blocking Angiotensin 2.I take all of that minus the telmisartan as it never helped my bp even at 80mg a day. What will bring it down bro is simply downsizing and coming off. Your managing it however with the size and gear you’re on, which is the best possible scenario, if it’s a concern though I would lower total androgen load and focus more on anabolic load and mitochondria health and efficiency.I take all of that minus the telmisartan as it never helped my bp even at 80mg a day. This is my point exactly, you’re doing the best you can for your size, and 128/63 is commendable. It comes with the territory of when your over 110kg with lower then average body fat. I can’t keep mine below 131/78 some days it’s 128/76 which is fine, as long as kidney function is maintained.Blood pressure is back down to 128/63
Levbutlerov just a quick question.

Lmaoooo I haven’t had a cheat meal in like 7 months and everything is fresh with no bs processed food or any crap so that’s one good thing. This is my point exactly, you’re doing the best you can for your size, and 128/63 is commendable. Just stay away from your wet compounds and don’t gain too much fat in your offseason or eat like a dickhead
This is true- best to reduce potassium if on Telmisartan, but if it’s not in use, potassium might help a little.@hypogaeum - your suggestions of high potassium foods can cause higher concentrations of potassium in serum while on telmisartan, sure anabolic do transport this potassium through ion channels more efficiently but it can cause a concern in some individuals, just a point to bare in mind
I saw your bloods bro, your liver loves you though I can tell you that nothing you can’t fix. Keep doing what your doingLmaoooo I haven’t had a cheat meal in like 7 months and everything is fresh with no bs processed food or any crap so that’s one good thing.
Kidneys have always been 100% even with last bloods, liver was also good and cholesterol. Hemo level for thick blood was in the high end of normal levels but since draining 350mls I feel good again.
I honestly try keep health priortity over gains as I don’t want to be that one dixkhead who prefers gains over health.
Honest answer they take anti-bp drugs. Very few big guys take advice to get smaller and lower sodium and go low carbs.Blood pressure is back down to 128/63

See sometimes during a cruise after 5 weeks I’ll go low carb (150g - 200g) only for breakfast and post workout shake and the rest are high protein and fats.Honest answer they take anti-bp drugs. Very few big guys take advice to get smaller and lower sodium and go low carbs.
