40min fasted cardio

Low volume chest/biceps

Incline hammer strength press
3 sets 120kg/8 160kg/8 180kg/7

Flat Machine press
2 sets 160kg/8 120kg/13

Panatta decline fly
2 sets half stack/15 full stack/7

Dumbbell fly
2 sets 20kg/failure 25kg/failure

Biceps

Hammer strength preacher curl
3 sets 30kg/15 40kg/12 50kg + drop set/8/8/10

Rope Hammer curls
3 sets Half the stack for 25reps each set


This was a quick one as works been busy as so I had to cut time at the gym as I been working 12 hour days.

Today’s a rest day and I slept a good 10 hours. I didn’t do cardio today cause I just wanted pure rest.

Fasted cardio is great, and really good sleep 10 hours perfect! but you said you didnt do cardio but you mean you started with cardio?

sorry I logged 2 days in that one post.

I did fasted cardio and chest/biceps yesterday
But today is a rest day and no cardio. I just wanted to give my body one day without any active training. Just more rest.
 
Sorry guys I don’t think I posted the current diet I been using since Sunday. The add ons was the vanilla creamed rice and replaced the maple crunch cereal for Rice Bubbles post workout.

It’s actually done so good in terms of filling out and recovery.

I have gone a tad bit softer tho not so bad Maby 5% but in the mornings I can wake up and still look lean so just probably the water from the carbs.

2 cable laying down side laterals
3 sets (can’t remember the numbers sorry)

3 Reverse pec deck
3 sets 50kg/20 70kg/15 90kg/10

4 Hammer grip shoulder press
2 sets 80kg/failurw 80kg/failure

Triceps

Dips
4 sets 12/12/12 body weight and 10kg/10

Overhead tricep extension
3 sets 40kg/12 50kg/9 52.5kg/8

Tricep wide grip pushdown
2 sets full stack 12 reps and a drop set for next.

Hey bro sorry I did a check in today. The carbs are accurate and also there is another meal that’s not posted in there but I posted it up earlier in this thread.

I now weigh 127kg. He did the calipers and everything remains good. I just added Maby 2ml towards love handles which is nothing. He is adding I think an extra 280 to 300cals to the diet he will send tonight.

I’m just at work. But I’ll post up training for legs later today.

Your estrogen E2 is fine but progesteron is much higher than I would think it should be, unusual.
