Form on stiff legged deadlift has improved drastically, feeling it way more in the hamstrings.
Right knee is still creaky but im hoping it’ll go away after a while. One thing I hate about the cardio bike other than the horniness it strangely gives me, is the numbness in my legs after a while and I’m forced to break for a minute.

@R M for the personalised meal plan, dude is a legend and gave me an idiot-lazy proof meal plan that keeps things convenient and still on track from a macros and calories perspective… Really appreciate the time he took put of his day to give me advice on nutrition and other general things. Once I finish off all these protein pizzas, I’ll be sticking to this plan from now on, and hopefully, some of you will get off my back about my diet
