agreed tbh, but I'm not sure how much weight I would lose a week.. I need a very strict weight loss of 1kg a week.. by next week we should be able to see how much weight is being lost on this diet and maybe we can adjust from there because I am most likely over doing it.
why lose weight broly? you can gain with your size easy

I want to get as lean as possible in these 3 months and then go crazy
@playfields you are already super lean but that is fine. i would be training the crap out of your core. you want a lean physique but you don't want to be skinny guy with abs either

Form on stiff legged deadlift has improved drastically, feeling it way more in the hamstrings.
Right knee is still creaky but im hoping it’ll go away after a while. One thing I hate about the cardio bike other than the horniness it strangely gives me, is the numbness in my legs after a while and I’m forced to break for a minute.

Massive shout out to @R M for the personalised meal plan, dude is a legend and gave me an idiot-lazy proof meal plan that keeps things convenient and still on track from a macros and calories perspective… Really appreciate the time he took put of his day to give me advice on nutrition and other general things. Once I finish off all these protein pizzas, I’ll be sticking to this plan from now on, and hopefully, some of you will get off my back about my diet 😃.
@playfields Bros. You looking fantastic on this. Glad you could get some good advice with fellow guy on here. Meal plans are important.

Yes! I don’t post it but I do a 20-30 minute core workout after doing the main exercises.

I! HAVE! NOT! EATEN! IT! IS! 6PM!
Haven’t really had time to fit in anything other then zero energy drink and a coffee.

Feel like shit as well, I keep catching the flu every month so I should probably start taking health supps, multi vitamin, etc.. always throws my diet and training off, but im just gonna work through it this time around, really pisses me off that I keep having to deal with this, I don’t really want to delay my schedule by 2 weeks just because of a runny nose. Not only this, but I saw the gp today about a bit of pressure I feel in thr back of my skull and the fact my vision is noticeably blurry at distances, especially at night time. This started around the time I started cutting calories aggressively while using dnp and tren. Maybe it is catching up. The doctor suggested an eye test.

Other then that nonsense, I am still perfectly capable of carrying out my day to day tasks and regimen, and although I have basically accidentally fasted for nearly 24hrs, energy was good at gym and during my hike.
