PUSH DAY
*deload week

*CHEST
- Flat Bench Dumbbell Flies, 5-sets, 10-15 reps 35lbs dumbbells.
- Seated Peck Deck Machine, 5-sets, 60lbs/70lbs/80lbs/90lbs/100lbs (30sec rest between each set)
- Incline Dumbbell Press, 5-sets, 55lbs dumbbells to fail.
*DELTS
- Seated Overhead Press, 5-sets, 45lbs dumbbells to fail.
- Super Sets- Over Head Dumbbell Press, 5-sets 30lbs dumbbells to fail-immediately following-Standing Side Lateral Raises, 20lbs dumbbells to fail ( no rest between sets and exercises)
- Bent Over Dumbbell Raises, 5-sets, 25lbs Dumbbells to fail.
*TRICEPS
- Standing Tricep Wide Bar Push Down, 5-sets, 70lbs to fail.
-Standing Rope Tricep Extension, 5-sets, 45lbs to fail.
- Dips, 5-sets to fail.
*ABS
- Seated Crunch Machine, 5-sets to fail.
- Hanging Leg Raises, 5-sets to fail
