P/P/L routine ( deload week)
PULL DAY
*Back
1) Seated Lat Pull-Down, 3-sets, 100lbs all to fail.
2) Seated Row, 3-sets 120lbs, all to fail
3) Single Arm Dumbbell Bent Over Row, 3-set, 50lbs dumbbell, all to fail.
*Biceps
1) Dumbbell Curls, 3-sets, 45lbs dumbbells, all to fail.
2) Dumbbell Curls, burnouts, 1-set, 45lbs/40lbs/35lbs/30lbs/25lbs/20lbs/15lbs/10lbs,
all to fail no rest between weights- immediately followed by hammer curls without rest…25lbs/20lbs/15lbs/10lbs, all to fail.
*Fore Arms
1) Upper Forearm Wrist Curls, 3-sets, 20lb dumbbell, all to fail.
2) Lower Forearm Wrist Curls, 3-sets, 30lb dumbbell, all to fail.
*Abs
1) Seated Machine Crunches, 3-sets, all to fail.
2) Hanging Leg Raises Crunches, 3-sets, all to fail.

Btw you're real shredded I can see you doing a local show stepping on stage with 16 week prep imo.
Thanks so much for believing in me brother! Yes that would be a dream to be able to qualify for a show, but I’m afraid most my pictures are after my workout so it’s basically me pumped after the lifting and the lighting makes me look better than normal… 😂… plus other than the traps the rest of my back is really lacking and I am also lacking in soooo many different areas… I think I probably need another 20lbs of muscle and probably two mores years of hard training and eating… but I am blessed to be apart of the EVO family and with all you brothers helping me I’m sure in 2 years I can make all you brothers proud of me by intering in my first show… as for now brother I just feel like I am lacking in so many areas… 🥲

I think in 2 years you can easily step on stage with your level of genetics and muscle base. You look amazing already.

Yes, I usually work out at night, I try to get in most of my meals so I have enough in the tank to push hard… meal prep for the week… homemade Thai shrimp fried rice, beef shish-kabobs, lemon grass boneless skinless chicken, sweet potatoes, white jasmine rice, and croissants… compliments of my Mother and Sister. ( don’t any one think I made any of this food, lol I can not cook to save my life 🤣
