Great advice brother! Never used one before, thanks for advising me, will follow exactly as you teach… should I use every day or let ab muscle rest like other muscle groups?

Will do brother! Today was rest day, tomorrow leg day… will use ab roller after my leg workout, thanks so much brother. ( By the way just finished the two weeks you advised for dropping Sustanon/EQ doses to baseline, so now will go up on dose as you recommended… EQ 300mg/Sustanon 500mg weekly…)

Thank you for asking brother, everything is ok, I hurt my left shoulder doing dumbbell overhead presses, I should have stop a rep earlier, tried to push that extra rep and my form was not good and
I strained too much then shoulder had bad pain shooting thru my left arm… taking a week off to recover… will try to be back this weekend or early next week.( perhaps a pinched nerve? )

Sure hope the shoulder is getting better. A shoulder tear is forever problematic! I deal with it so I avoid traditional shoulder presses. Lateral raises are good and incline presses but I never press straight upwards. I’m just catching up on some logs I intended to follow. Hope things are going well besides that shoulder setback!

Thank you brother, yes shoulder is improving quite well, not one hundred percent yet, but at least the pain isn’t there when I’m sitting still, only hurts a little when I try to push some weight upwards over my head but even then it is very little pain, should be back to normal soon…

Try incline bench on front delt lifts. And maybe use a lateral delt machine or light dumbbells for lateral raises. Work in some cable crossovers for rear delts and stay away from all overhead presses for a while. And by a while, I mean once you think the shoulder is good, avoid those exercises even longer. Haha

Will do, thanks for advice brother, will definitely be careful while shoulder is still newly healed…
