Just finished listening and watching Evolutionary.org broadcast hardcore 2.0 with @stevesmi and @Mobster about Deca & NPP episode #64… I loved it brothers, absolutely informative! Already thinking about next cycle, lol…

A lot of guys are also Truckers

**Semi full body workout
*LEGS/BACK/DELTS/BICEPS
- Deadlifts, 5-sets, 135lbs, 185lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs, 365lbs ( all to fail )
- Seat Leg Press, 5-sets, 315lbs to fail.
- Squats, 2sets ( legs felt like rubber could not continue) only 2sets 185lbs to fail 12reps and 4 reps.
- Bent Over Barbell Rows, 5sets 135lbs, 185lbs, 185lbs, 195lbs, 175lbs to fail.
- Seated Lat Cable Pull Down, 5 sets to fail
- Seated Lat Cable Machine Rows, 5sets to fail
- Standing Bent Over Dumbbell Reversed Flies, 5 sets to fail (for rear delts )
- Seated Dumbbell Side Laterals 5 sets to fail
- Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press, 5 sets to fail
-Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls, 5 sets to fail
-Seat Incline Dumbbell Curls, 5sets to fail ( I curled both arms together same time each set)
- Forearm Wrist Curls , 5sets to fail
*** wanting to ad a few more muscle groups but felt like I was going to actually vomit so I stop here…
( reason for so much muscle work in single session is because I will be going to some very remote mountain areas next two days)
 
Still looking a bit fluffy from last week bad diet…
