I could not be doing this body building and truck driving across America without each and everyone of you all helping and guiding me along the way!! Thanks to all my EVO family great and small, you guys do not know how much you mean to me!!!
And I marathon those podcasts day and night even going back years from the early days of the podcast, sometimes relistening over and over, they never get old! But the ones with @stevesmi and @Mobster are the best ones they are my favorites.
The podcasts are full of great information for sure! I definitely replay them while I’m working.

* SUPER SET DELTS
- Seated Overhead Dumbbell Presses/Side Lateral Raises, 10 sets to fail each. 35lbs/10lbs, 40lbs/15lbs, 45lbs/20lbs, 50lbs/25lbs, 55lbs/25lbs, 55lbs/25lbs, 55lbs/20lbs, 45lbs/15lbs, 40lbs/15lbs, 35lbs/10lbs. All to fail.
* BICEPS
- Standing Dumbbell Curls, 3 sets, 45lbs to fail.
-Seated Concentration Curls, 3 sets, 45lbs to fail.
- Standing Barbell Curls, 5sets, ( super set no rest)
60lbs/50lbs/40lbs/30lbs/20lbs. All to fail.
-Seated Wrist Curls, 3sets, 30lbs to fail.
