6 days between a cut and a bulk?
I had a few months off all hormones end of last year (2023) started up again after the holidays and I call it a cut sort of a recomp, but yes, just got down to a level of body fat I’m comfortable with and with change some of the gear around and blast into my bulk… but want to do a lean bulk… diet really only consists of chicken, turkey, rice veggies… sometimes I throw in some high caloric foods to be able to hit my calories for the day… protein if needed extra comes in form of Premier Protein Brand shakes from Sam’s Club… please critique you are the professional I’m the student.

Meal 4 of the day ( six meals a day ) A little example of my meals… I made this at home, I shredded a rotisserie chicken from Sam’s Club without the skin meat only, sweat white onions bell peppers fresh garlic from mom’s garden and ginger black pepper pink Himalayan sea salt Vietnamese fish sauce a touch of corn starch for the thickening of the sauce and put over white rice…

@LeNguyen thats good to hear but would be nice if you shared actual diet, meals foods and when you eat them

this is a good meal, you're a great cook bro, but no need the white rice if you ask me
 
Your writing looks like mine. Haha. Good volume. When you write "10-12 reps" I assume that means you are going to fail too. Good job boss.
Chest I usually leave 1 in the tank ( I train alone so don’t want to get hurt) , lol but delts and everything else to fail mostly…

( will drop dianabol when blood markers start to get out of range but for now everything is quite good, blood pressure hovers around 127-135 over 75-83 heart rate averages around 65-69 beats per minute when taken at wake up) trying to keep steps over 10,000 day once in morning walks and evening walks workouts are done around 7-9ish at nite try to get at least 4 of my six meals in before weights.
Kidney and liver in good range estradiol in range test is 3783 free test 1270.
Chest and shoulders I’ve noticed filling out a little more and vascularity is quite pronounced… leaning out quite a bit all over except for waist line, still same… I have not done a sit-up or crunch or and abdominal work in 3 years ( I’m ashamed to say) so I will be doing hanging leg raises and crunches 3-4 days a week to get stomach area up to par with the rest of body, and in 30 days I will update with a picture. ( started at lean 170lbs after 2 weeks I am at 176
