Ok will do brother!Nothing wrong with a few days off the gym. I get your logic about trying to train everything beforehand but I would prefer a session with half of that and just let the parts that need extra rest have the days off.

Great idea brother, I have also been considering that, spoke with her about the gym and she is willing… will start on my next workout session Wednesday…maybe start her on treadmill and finish with body weight squats for a few weeks to get her accustomed you think??
