That workout was nuts dude lol, I get you can't train sometimes it's better to just hit it hard but train less sets and volume, got to be careful when you train like that it raises cortisol levels in the body alot which isn't good for msucke building or recovery.

Thanks so much brother, will ad cardio… food is 6 meals a day, protein between 250-300gms daily. Wife rides with me in rig, does all the cooking, no more eating out everything is chicken/fish/lean cuts of pork, with rice and vegetables, fruit for dessert. ( every meal)

Latest progress picture, abdominal swelling mostly gone, still some fat around mid section… strength is back fatigue has gone , feel like healing is about complete….

Yes she comes into gym with me, I have her on your workouts you designed for her… just got out of gym 30 minutes ago, eating post workout meal now…
