Will do brother, I’ll make sure I don’t go that extreme again…That workout was nuts dude lol, I get you can't train sometimes it's better to just hit it hard but train less sets and volume, got to be careful when you train like that it raises cortisol levels in the body alot which isn't good for msucke building or recovery.

Thanks so much brother, will ad cardio… food is 6 meals a day, protein between 250-300gms daily. Wife rides with me in rig, does all the cooking, no more eating out everything is chicken/fish/lean cuts of pork, with rice and vegetables, fruit for dessert. ( every meal)
