nice update on the pushing day
I will be switching over to our board for the new oils I will be buying next week, I see international shipping and domestic, seems like the price is cheaper for international on some of the sites, I am in Charlotte,North Carolina USA… should I select domestic or international ??
Bro domestic always tbh, even if international is a bit cheaper not worth risk getting things seized or waiting double the time for the gear to arrive. Domestic is usually 7-14 days in my experience

* Leg Day
- Barbell Squat, 5-sets, 15-20-reps ( keep reps high and leave 1 or 2 in the tank, ** I train alone do not want to get hurt)
- Seated Leg Press, 5-Sets, 315lbs to fail, keep reps above 10.
- Seated Hamstring Curls, 5-sets, 135lbs to fail, ( keep reps above 15 ).
- Stiff Leg Dead Lift, 5-sets, 135lbs to fail ( keep reps above 15 )
- Standing Calf Raises Machine, 5-sets, 135lbs to fail ( keep reps above 20 ) * if fatigued lower weight to keep reps high.
- Seated Crunches, body weight on side of flat bench, 5-sets to fail, when the burn comes do not stop, let your core give out, **do not stop endure the pain.
- Crunches Kneeling On knees With Two handed Rope On Cable Machine, 5-sets, 40lbs to fail
( keep reps above 50, continue till core gives out, endure the pain do not stop until core gives out )
** on stomach exercises only rest 30 seconds to 1 minute, do not wait more than one minute, keep the burning!
