Yes since I bought the protein bars I am able to up my protein dramatically!! I have really seem to explode into another level now, so happy with the results I’m getting and maybe I will up protein to around 400g protein a day..

- Standing Dumbbell Curls, 5-sets, 10-12-reps 35lbs set-1, 40lbs, set-2, 45lbs set-3, 50lbs,
set-4, 45lbs/40lbs/35lbs/30lbs/25lbs/20lbs -(did as many as I could with each weight till failure then immediately drop to lower weight until completely exhausted and fatigued…**some of them I could only do around 5-6 then immediately dropped to lower weight to keep the burn, last set no rest between the 5 pound increments) then finished with immediate Hammer Curl, 25lb dumbbells burnout till fail ( by then I only accomplished 8 hammers curls, biceps done and cooked)
- ForeArm Dumbbell Curls, * upper and lower forearms ( seated with forearms rested on knees) 3-sets each side, 10-12 reps 30lb dumbbells.
-Standing Triceps Rope Cable Machine Pulldown, 5-sets, set-1 50lbs, set-2, 55lbs, set-3, 70lbs, set-4, 85lbs, set-5, 100,lbs (all to fail ) then immediately dropped 20lbs increments on set-5 … 80,60,40,20 each to fail till burn was too intense to go further. Some reps only able to do 4-5… no rest keep jumping to lower weight.
