Very nice information. All those big heavy compound movements are the key to growth first and foremost from a training aspect.

Good for us who do work lower, bad for those only working upper. The thing though is that a seemingly majority of women (obviously not those into fitness) only judge the upper body anyway, and then you have the guys justifying the skinny legs by knowing that his shorts can be long enough to conceal any deficiencies he may have down below...not to mention that legs are hell of a lot harder to work than upper.
 
"Truth" you have to build a foundation, that's the worst look in the world , when your arms are bigger than your legs.... I"ve done this for years , when I shoot in my "Glutes", I do Heavy Squats that day , I plan my cycle injections around my lifts, I have always done that. Plus , "Squats " are my favorite any how.. I 've always called the guy in the gym that "Don't" want or do legs.. "Kermit the Frog "...Take a look at him, "Kermit" you'll know why........ My 2C..................AnalogMan
 
Nice article. There's another study about how your arms specifically will get bigger just from doing lower body exercises such as squats.
 
Couldn't agree more. More guys need to throw away the isolation lifts and do more compound movements
