Hey everyone, thanks for having me and cant wait to rip in and log my journey as I go. I will be logging for @KAOS Anabolics for my next two phases minimum. Quick run down of what I have been up to and where I will be starting.
I'm a 29yr old retired fighter, and after retiring let myself go from peak athletic condition to absolute nothing. I'm not new to gym by a far stretch how ever I am looking at the bodybuilding world as my next venture. I did let myself go a bit and recently in the past 8 months dropped from 35% bodyfat down to 16.8% and have also gained a solid amount of muscle mass (anabolics included, low dosages but great response). During this time I developed a love for building myself and I've always been the kind of person who has to dedicate his life to something to stay busy so this will be my next venture for the foreseeable future and beyond but it also has become my lifestyle.
My plans that commence as of next week:
Cutting Phase - 12/14 weeks
Health Phase - 4 weeks
Bulking/Build/Push Phase - 28/30 Weeks
Body Stats
Age - 29
Height - 172 cm
Weight - 97 kg
' As noted before I have just cut down the last 8 months to get back on track with life, have had the past 2 weeks off on no meal plan (still relatively healthy) and shy of 2 weeks from gym ( 1 week rest , and half a week sick ). All ready to rip in next week and start this awesome transformation.
Calories/Macros ( Cut Phase )
Currently being adjusted by my coach. Dependent on whether we start with a few foundation weeks or get straight into the cut.
Will be updated in next log.
The only thing that will change throughout my meal plan is calories, the meals themselves and food wont change unless needed. Bare basic and the same everyday is what I prefer for routine.
Training/Cardio
Push/Posterior/Rest/Push/Back/Legs.
Cardio - 3 x 20 mins on Stair Master / 140 HR
Steps - Goal is 10,000 a day, if goal cannot be hit due to my shift work and job being seated 80% of my shift a walking pad will be utilized at home till target is reached (THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE).

Potassium + Hydration
Cycle
Dosages being calculated by my coach, but cycle will consist of (Cutting Phase)
