gotcha brother! You’ve landed in a section with a good few Aussies. So probs not the best starting point. Could be worth finding a uk based forum. I grew up on that side of the world only moved out a few years ago so feel free to ask questions. From my knowledge hilma was heavily tested and has had a few faults over the years but has generally came across really well. Me and my mates used to only use quanta, biolab for gh and other peps.
 
I don’t have a routine as such mate alternate push/pull/legs push till I I’ve nothing left same with pulling hate legs lol so try and get 2 hours on my legs and forearms since I come off I went back to 4 day split push pull arms legs, when this gear kicks in can do it in 3 push/pull/legs x2 then have going day then go again I used to try and work certain body parts but found nothing was recovering properly can’t hit chest without hit shoulders can’t do back without hitting rear dealts it just makes my heal best rear delts traps back all in 1 session then front and mid delts chest i 1 was finding tryin to do a full shoulder session would fuck up the rest of the week, upright rows face pulls shrugs with pull day and everything is getting perfect recovery eat 2 big bowls of fruit n fibre 2 big bananas protein shake and some brown toast around 1000 cals before I go keeps me going around 2 1/2 3 hours come home eat 250grams of chicken breast wiv whole meal pasta then go abit easy on the carbs rest of the day eat cooked meats then Greek yogurt late on for the casein protein probably about 3000 cals 250g protein don’t really take photos of food I’ll try send you some but I’m goin to drop 500 cals for the cycle but made massive progress when I started do push/pull you look pretty lean anyway mate big clean bulk you’ll smash muscle on but I find it’s the hardest part eating enough
Any food pics, or workout routines? More info the better.
On the cycle I would split it up a bit leave winny till the end few weeks.

Yeah nice1 bro I’ll follow you, I’ve been cruising on hilma test e 250 since last cycle and I’ve pretty much held on to the gains it’s quite dear but u only get what you pay for but they were out of stock of master but got some hilma deca and nxt expensive Masteron stocked up on test e to cruise so got a few vails just debating whether to jab 750 a week or would you say that abit much?

Lot of boys more knowledgeable than me, but I’ve always heard start low and go slow, start at 300, taper up slowly over the weeks to find what your tolerable test dosage is, from there you can increase androgen loads through other compounds. Make sure you get some bloods sorted and some on cycle support, heaps of uk blood services. Look into the trained by Jp cycle support products

Understandable bro. Lots of knowledgeable lads on here, some element of guinea pigging these compounds but that’s the joy! Lots of decent uk labs you should be sound!
 
About to start 3rd cycle 5ft 7lb 80kg 38 years old, around 19% bf. any advice would be appreciated been cruising on 250 test e for last 12 weeks or so held most of my gains from last cycle, plan is;
15 weeks then go back to cruising on 250 test e, dicks fine don’t want anymore kids and mrs is happy enough 😂

Drostanolone e (mast)400wk
Test e - either 500 or 750wk?
Winstrol 50mg ed (numbers are easy to measure) trying to cut for abit more definition more than to lose belly fat, Is 750mg test e to much?? Don’t want to drop loads when I come off and feel deflated 😆 plus any1 else use these labs?

I know mate I like to push my luck,😆 I wasted a lot of my youth drinking drugs etc. gym saved me sober for 6 years smashing gym daily, my new addiction 💪but think I hit my natural limit fairly quick, plus nearly 40 now first cycle couple of years ago didn’t know what I was doin takin al sorts and stayed on to long, educated myself abit before the last 1, did 14 weeks tri test 400 wk long master 150 2x week 300 deca wk anavar 50 ed felt strong but pretty bloated so anavar was probably not the best, I had tren in my first cycle but it fell off me when I stopped it so won’t touch it again tbh

believe it or not them photos are about 4 weeks apart can’t keep that tren look

😆just be cautious mate feels great on it I washwalking round the gym like I was king of the jungle 😂💪see I went straight into pct which looking back now was stupid I should of cruised on test for while but had to coz we where trying for a baby, we’ve had him now so not concerned about shutting down my natural test coz we ain’t having anymore kids 3s enuf 😂lol, I never came off last time and sex life been better anyway was at it every night but just be careful if you pct after it coz it was soul destroying luckily enough gear is rife in the gym I was training in so wasn’t judged but it’s not a nice feeling losing a lot muscle that quickly think it’s best for older bodybuilders that blast n cruise I’ve few mates that’s ended up in shit coz of it too if you think you can handle it mentally you might be ok just start low I lost a lot of motivation dropping it nearly 2 stone but I won’t lie I felt like god for for 4 months 😂😂😂last cycle i did deca/mast/test e felt no side affects what so ever put 6kg on and not even dropped 1kg and im ready to go again, just not sure weather to do 500mg test or go all out on 750mg it does seem like a lot tbh just hope I can get some advice soon lol starting to pin tonight 😂 anyway good luck bro 💪

Starting Winnie yesterday I jab test Sunday/Wednesday any way only thing I’m not sure about is that much test I might just keep it at 500 for now till someone fine me a reason to up it. Summers here man want walk round in the sun looking good so eager to get goin

30mgs winstrol ED
7caps n2guard ED
10mgs aromasin EOD
