Once again I'm aiming for high volume, get a real sweat on. The leg extension to lunges superset is an absolute killer after destroying yourself on the hack squat.

Here's some meal prep for this weekend's lunch and dinners.

250grams extra lean beef mince, 125 grams brown rice, light shredded cheese and will add some greek yoghurt. Beef seasoned with Cajun spice mix

Chicken breast diced and seasoned with Cajun spice mix, 125grams brown rice, light shredded cheese, will add greek yoghurt.

Simple and tasty!
