Cable crunch done start of session. Overloaded everything again today. Have stripped back weight last 2 weeks to focus on form, I’ve been taking jumps a small bit prematurely. No niggles or injuries present as of yet. Sides wise still good, just a great sense of wellbeing and progress is slowly getting there so delighted. Do find more fatigue post session but would put that down to numbers going up and movement efficiency improving. Have a check in with the coach tonight so will detail and changes moving forward

rest day is needed fro sure broFasted Weight: 84.2
Sleep: 9 hours
BP: 118/67
BG: 4.5
Training:
Lower 1:
Seated Calf: 26.25x9, x9, x9 rep match
Adductor: 76x13, 81x8
Nautilus Glute Drive: 85x11, 65x16
Life Laying Ham: 130x8, 100x12
BB RDL: 120x9, x8
Cybex Squat Press: 140x10
Hoist Ext: 67x11, x10
Hanging leg raise at start of session. Took progressions on all movements. Had some slight lower back pump/pain heading into squat presses so just did my top set and was cautious on the movement. Longevity is key instead of just getting another set in. Switched to barbell as apposed to dumbbell rdl with grip issues. Had been progressing to the 70kg on dumbbells but grip was becoming a limiting factor even with straps in play. Back feels totally fine and quite thankful I was careful today. Feeling good overall but looking forward to a deserved rest day tomo. Have sauna, ice bath and some compression boots to drive recovery as well as some active recovery via steps.
I agree i like doing legs on sundayNothing better than a great weekend leg day
@BigCheese2000 Killer leg day! Those pumps are no joke, and it sounds like the @ODINLABS gear is working well for you. Good to have a rest day after that workout and get some steps in. Getting inspired by the IFBB is great motivation for your 2026 goals! Keep up the great work!Fasted Weight: 83.8
