Was quite cautious today. As it’s a hip flexor and adductor movement at the hip has to be quite limited. Found RDL totally fine as long as the knees stay a bit stiffer but got a slight bit of bend in a rep and was careful. SL ham curl and extension caused no pain which is good and calves are fine. Went a bit light to limit any hip involvement and went quite well. Did some light rehab work with adductions to promote blood flow and healing. Good chance to focus on upper but with some leg movements in there still promote growth. Overall happy just have to keep a level head around this day and not get overconfident so I can fully heal and come back stronger

Massive session today. Took massive progressions on everything while maintaining technique and tempo. Extremely pleased. I think the intra carb drink combined with having 3 meals in me by lunchtime makes a massive difference. All clean foods. Definitely some increased vascularity and getting heaps of compliments in real life so extremely pleased with the whole process. Very thankful for the support of @ODINLABS and the advice. Very supportive man even down to helping me work on confidence and driving forward. It doesn’t go unheeded or unnoticed

Overloaded all movements today. Training in a fantastic spot. That drop in weight initially was worth it as I’m getting much more out of the movements at this stage. Have arms today which will also be popped into the log.

Fairly happy overall. Making some nice steady progress. Been sides free and feeling great personally. Progressing slowly coming along while maintaining conditioning. Weights up every session. Just need some more size and we are golden but it’s a long game
